The room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that we could open the windows of the room for fresh air. I felt safe at all times. The place is very clean and the staff were very obliging. It was good to be able to park onsite.

The lift seemed "dodgy" and jumped around a bit, making me feel nervous at times. The security cards for the room had to be re-coded 4 times in the space of 48 hours. We were able to leave our bags behind the counter as we arrived a little early for our room. I did not feel like our belongings were placed in a very secure location. The accomodation is close to the main shopping area but can be a little "seedy" at night.

I like the $10 credit for the green door tag thing. only used it for a coffee. But still like it . I like you had a full size hair dryer. I like the bed side lamp was bright and you could use it for reading in bed. I like the pen and pad in the room I like the bathroom products .

I didn't like how dirty the common areas where . Lift 2 entry near kitchen is dirty ., hall ways to rooms and coners generally cleanliness so not good that is managements folt as they are not allowing the cleans enough time to do the job / cost cutting . buy a large can of WD40 and spray all the door hinges to all the rooms that will be one less noise . The roof outside the windows of room 228 needs to be cleaned it gross to look on to rubbish.

Location was great. Quick walk to the beach and attractions in st kilda. Tram stop was literally out the front, so was very easy to get into the city.

There was a building site right next to the hotel which was a bit noisy. Also the room i was in has a joining door to the room next door, it was locked which is fine, but I think the joining door made the noise really noticeable. I could hear everything that the guests next door were doing, could hear clearly what tv show they were watching and their entire conversations. So was a bit frustrating

The staff were great and it was a short walk to St Kilda beach and many restaurants. The tram stop from the city was just outside the door of the hotel. There was a big push for reducing waste, with pump bottles of soap and shampoo, and a voucher for the cafe if you declined needing room service.

The voucher we were meant to get for declining room service never came, but we went elsewhere to eat. There was a shortage of power points in the room, so had to charge devices on the desk.

When my partner and I arrived, the lobby smelt really good and clean. The rooms and the bathroom were clean as well. The staff who have helped me with check in and check out were really accommodating and friendly as well. The location was really so close to everything we wanted to go to. Very convenient and accessible.

The only thing I didn't like is thst some of the staff do not even acknowledge you when you pass by and the elevator was so slow/old.

We liked the location. The bed was comfortable. The reception staff in the cafe staff were very friendly and helpful. And the couple who serviced our room for a clean we are friendly and happy.

Didn’t like that we had to pay $35 a day for parking. The Wi-Fi was terrible the reception should give customers a router when they arrive. We had to go and ask for it the next day. The showerhead cannot be adjusted and the glass shelf in the bathroom was on an angle and so was the toilet roll holder. The lift and foyers could do with a bit of a clean. end the cupboard housing the fridge, ironing board and kettle etc made the room quite congested and pokey.

I think with the hotel building being a little older they have done a really great job updating it to the best possible standard. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Nice furnishings and decor. The Cafe attached was lovely- we had a huge portion of food for breakfast! Location was also great, ideally situated near the beach, restaurants and cafes, and the main area in St Kilda.

decently sized room in the middle of a really nice area, so plenty of options to go to bars, restaurants etc whatever you prefer; it's there (and walking distance)

shower in bath - personally I don't like this breakfast is not included (pricewise) and externally held. No problem to put it on the hotel bill, but from time to time crowded (especially in the weekends)

Stay was great and staff very friendly and professional. Location was perfect for us. The room was very clean and the price was reasonable for Melbourne. Bonus that there is a cafe downstairs. We would definitely stay again! Thankyou

Private Parking was very tight, elevator was tricky to work out and others had the same issue. Maybe explain to people exactly how to use. But overall everything was great.

The staff were very accommodating, especially since it was a very late notice booking for unfortunate reasons. The location was perfect and the room was just the right size and comfortable.

We were unsure about how to get the shower running so we called the desk. The instructions given were very clear but written instructions may be useful for others. As we were checking out there was a strong aroma from a diffuser or something (I couldn’t see where it was coming from) which really set off my allergies but there’s no one to blame for either of those things. Just tiny inconveniences for a great stay.
