nice large carpark, easy to find location, while near to the highway you dont see or hear it. coles, shops and post office in walking distrance. A remote check in service was offered with reception being unstaffed. the notes in the room said not room servicing on the weekend so i really appearicated that the room was cleaned and towels replaced each day.

the wifi wasnt usable which with the work i needed to get done was an issue. the room next door was a long term resident who had set up a smoking spot in front of her room, sadly that led to smoke smell moning into my room. she also appeared to have a pet cat - with food and water bowls at her door, a few times in the night, it sounded like the cat was at my door calling for attention.

Staff were very helpful when I called to see if my partner could check in a little earlier. Rooms where really clean and the bed in our room was super comfy. Nice quite room and really well presented. Everything was really clean plenty of space for parking. Nice quite place to stay.

The location is good and convenient next to it next to a supermarket. The bed is very soft and convenient especially when you're been in hospital all day. They heated lab in the batbroom is definitely useful however definitely useful however one of the light bulbs were blown so still works. The air conditioner isn't that great but the heating function works very well.

Nothing substantially worth mentioning successfully worth mentioning about not likes.

The location was great. The staff were exceptional as I had to upgrade to a larger room when my son was discharged from Monash Medical hospital. This was done without any fuss or bother and as soon as I requested it.

There was nothing I didn't like

The hotel is very conveniently located next to a shopping centre with a good choice of eating options. The after hours check in process was good with excellent and friendly communication with the hotel.

The only minor downside was that the carpet in the room needs cleaning or replacing. Still a very comfortable stay.

The location was ideal for the work I was doing and right a cross the road from a large shopping centre.

Turning right onto Blackburn Road at given times of the day can be quite a task.

Very comfortable, met a couple of the hotel residents, very friendly. The cleaningady was very friendly and brought out a couple items that I left in the fridge.

Lighting, I had two down lights over the table that were out.

Simple to get to. We love that we can open a window for fresh air!

This time there were noisy patrons - not the fault of the venue. Staff member was a little abrupt at check-in. But I was late & unable to answer phone when he rang. The phone number did not show up as County Bruce.

The staff are friendly and the room is clean and bright.

The restaurants are closed and the pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned since last summer.

It was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

It's aged and is ready for an overhaul.
