The accommodation was really close to the golf course. It was well equipped, including a washing machine and dryer. We were a family of three (My husband, 1 year old and I). We booked the one bedroom Apartment. We co-slept with our child so we didn’t need to hire a cot. The accommodation offers the use of highchairs for free. We had packed our travel chair so we didn’t need to use it. But was handy to know for any one booking with a child. You’re provided with a pouch of laundry powder and can purchase more at reception if needed. The kitchen is well equipped and we were provided with 2 dishwasher tablets for 3 nights. -Werribee Zoo and Mansion we’re about a 15 min drive -Museum of Art and play was about 40mins -The Aquarium and Museum were around 30mins They also had a cash back system with some local restaurants. Or if you’re like us and your 1 year old has trouble sitting in a restaurant highchair for 30-40mins waiting to/and eating you can always get uber eats to the door. Hubby used the golf course and driving range and was happy with both.

Stars are always hard with a little one. The room had an orange armchair that we used to block the staircase. The hardest thing was the bathroom situation. All of the apartments appear to be two bedrooms and two bathrooms (located upstairs). Though if only booking for two adults and bub for free the second bedroom and bathroom is locked. The only bathroom you can use is the ensuite which was a pain when the little one was napping. You could get the second bathroom opened up for an extra $80 a night. I assume that that bathroom also had the bath pictured in the photos. Overall this didn’t hinder our stay too much and we will stay here again in the future.

Perfect accommodation just outside of Melbourne. Clean, spacious, in quiet location, the ground floor has a nice kitchen and a living room area, the upper floor two bedrooms, each with bathroom, one with a nice terrace Comfy beds, we had a great sleep. Parking for free just in front of your door. I tend to write that we would definitely come back, but in fact we already did - we later had to stay one more night in the Melbourne area and we immediately went to Quest Sanctuary Lakes.

A lot of cigarette buts outside on the ground just behind the living room door. I appreciate that people do not smoke inside, but it would still be nice to have clean grass even outside.

The location and facilities were perfect for us. A little home from home. Beautiful surroundings and walks, great having access to leasure club, cafe and restaurant right on the door step.

The apartment was tired, scuffed walls, chipped furniture, and carpets needing a serious clean if not replaced. A little disappointed . The staff were lovely and very helpful, apart from 1 who was very rude and offhand.

Wonderful friendly and welcoming staff. Very helpful and obliging. Location a great suburb area of Melbourne and close to Hoppers Crossing Encore Event Center, Weribee and not far from Geelong, Melbourne City, Melbourne Airport and other suburbs. Sanctuary Lakes is a lovely area. Great for golfers, includes restaurant at the club house. Awesome to be able to use gym and pool. Close to Sancturary Lakes shopping center. Wonderful Butcher, fish market, fruit and vege market, plus Coles and many other shops and cafés... Large size apartment - 2 bdrm, 2 ensuite, large laundry and good size kitchen. Has carport for rental car.

Mostly it was well equipped. Didn't have a coffee plunger but one was found for us to use at reception. Could soon do with some fresh painting as flat looked a bit tired in parts. Lighting in kitchen and living area quite dark. Interior areas such as skirtings could do with an extra clean. Exterior carport , path and steps could do with good clean down as looked like spillages etc not washed off. Not ungrateful, but just little things like that would be more welcoming and professional.

The location is pretty. Beautiful views of the open plains / golf course. And of course the lakes. Pretty serene. Shout out to the reception lady who helped me have early check in. Most appreciate it! And also - property was clean. Always appreciate that.

The place has limited eating options, if you dont have a car that is :) Mainly applies to my situation rather than the hotel. I was one of the odd customers who didnt come with transport, so cant really complain :) This is a great place with a full on kitchen for those who can come stocked with supplies.

Apartments are great - kitchen, large living area and spacious bedrooms. 2 bathrooms is a bonus with 4 ladies travelling together! Easy access to a private outdoor area, undercover parking. Shopping centre close by, alomg with restaurants / takeaways

Some wear and tear starting to show in places, but on the whole, a very tidy, comfortable property. Stairs to second level may not suit families with small children or elderly guests.

the service was excellent starting from the lovely lady who helped me check in she made the process easy and made it more comfortable for me given it was my first time in this hotel. I will visit again and recommend it to anyone especially if you need quiet time to unwind. Thank you to all the staff.

There is nothing I don't like about the place. I really enjoyed my stay and the place has everything that I need.

Location is located near lakes and a golf course. It’s also quite easy to get to if you travel by car. Reception was friendly and right in front of the apartment grounds. Apartment was clean and functional with most amenities available for your stay. Bed was a tad too soft for our liking but it was ok for one night stay.

I liked that it was 2 stories & that it had its own private outside area.

The general cleanliness outside is lacking: it needs a good clean. As the bathroom was upstairs, there should be a toilet downstairs. Plenty of room in the laundry area.
