We booked last minute due to Jetstar cancelling our flights, I booked via Booking.com and was affected by the hacking that occurred that night, when I arrived, the staff were very sympathetic and even gave us an upgrade. Even though it wasn't there issue, they ensured we had a wonderful stay and were both very accommodating and kind. We will definitely stay again

Booking.com getting hacked with all of my booking information. Although this wasn't the issue of the hotel.

Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrobes were a nice touch. The kitchen was well appointed and a Coles is within walking distance which was handy to make a few snacks. There are a few restaurants nearby although we didn't use them. Our 10th-floor apartment was quiet even though the hotel is on a busy road and the train is nearby. Room service is not automatic, it has to be requested and guests must not be in the apartment when it is being serviced, but this seems a reasonable in light of COVID. The location is handy to get to city, St Kilda and south eastern suburbs.

The 2-bedroom apartments are advertised as having a clothes dryer but ours did not. This information is not accurate & should be updated. A drying rack was available but no pegs were provided. When we enquired at reception about pegs, we were told to buy our own from Coles!! We used the drying rack and a few clothes fell onto the floor of the balcony but fortunately nothing blew away or was lost. It would be quite easy for management to provide pegs if guests are expected to use the rack.

If you are looking for a great value for money stay it's great. It's clean ,has good kitchenette set up,spacious and modern bathroom with good products. Separate bedroom with large bed and comfortable. Separate air conditioning but still able to open window and door to balcony. Very close to Caulfield railway station and access to city. Several restaurants nearby. Free secure parking is a bonus.

Cable TV would have been great.

The reception staff member (I wish I could remember her name!) was supremely helpful. She gave us information on local supermarkets, dining etc, and when I mentioned a blind was broken and wouldn't open she arranged for it to be fixed extremely promptly by the very pleasant and helpful maintenance person. We loved our corner suite with sweeping views, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The apartment was well-insulated and very quiet. We would have liked to have stayed longer!

Nothing, really. The salt grinder was empty but that really was a minor issue. We basically liked everything!

location was perfect for the F1 if you don’t want to stay right in the city. Trams 5 min walk. coles etc very close. couldn’t really fault the hotel/apartment itself.

staying 5 days you’d expect a change of towels & top up of tea/coffee toilet roll etc. you could request a room make the night before but it’s not really on your mind when you’re on holiday. I am sure we could of asked for anything we really needed but wasn’t too fussed. staff all friendly & helpful.

Friendly staff, very accommodating towards our needs. Understanding towards visitors to help our bridal party prepare for the big day! Ease of access to the venue and out of hour access to the rooms.

Not being used to basement car parks we found the Parking was a little tricky to navigate, however the staff were more than helpful after me having to make 2 phone calls to reception to understand where to park! They even sent out a staff member to direct me! Haha The lift was a little pesky due to stopping at so many levels, allow ample time to get to the lobby if you are in a hurry!

Great apartment with good view and location to where we needed to be. Setup and facilities very good.

Really should have a queen bed instead of a king, that would make main bedroom more pleasant and spacy. most annoying thing is when someone goes to either bathroom and turns light on, the fan in roof, (directly above main bedroom) runs for half and hour (very noisy). even in the middle of the night. :(

The apartment was modern and tidy. We were travelling with two children (2yo & 6mth) and found everything we needed right there in the apartment. The main bedroom was spacious with plenty of room for the portacot. We found the kitchen, washing machine and dryer to be very useful (detergent supplied). Parking was accessible and well priced. We loved the view, both bedrooms have a full wall of windows, and the location was fantastic; close to Caulfield racecourse, train station, trams, supermarket and Chadstone shopping mall.

The cleanliness was top tier & the staff were so accomodating, especially Liz! Prior to arriving at The Sebel, we had a rough start to our holiday & Liz accommodated us by providing an upgrade to the Pent House! The most beautiful room we have ever stayed in. The location was excellent for the Eastern suburbs. The room size was adequate and the facilities were satisfactory. The kitchen was spacious. Wifi was good.

Insufficient parking spaces on premise, had to park on the street nearby. The couch was unusable. Traffic noise from the road was noticeable at night.
