Absolutely stunning. This place is so boujee. Everyone who came in to see our room was so impressed. We had our work Christmas party at the hotel, so we stayed the night and were very impressed. It’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything is so new and clean and the bed was so comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud.

The fact that it’s in chadstone! If it wasn’t for our Xmas party, I never would have stayed given how far it is from my house, however I’m so glad I got to experience it. The parking was also very pricey and not worth it in my opinion.

When we arrived at the hotel while we were so tired the lady in the reception said that you just have one room confined and we don’t have any available room when I showed her my confirmation she apologized and said sometime it happens when you book from the third party then after twenty minutes they gave us two rooms but in our confirmation was mentioned that rooms should be with the open bathroom , our room didnot have that one so when we asked them again the manager came and said it is better not to book through the booking. com I book the hotel in the most of my travels by booking .com you can see in my profile how many cities and countries I book through this website and I have never faced with this problem

The property was excellent. Comfortable, great view, comfortable bed, well stocked mini bar (although like all hotel mini bars, overpriced), rooftop bar stunning as always, overall excellent in room amenities.

3pm check in was about a 30min line. Then when we did finally check in at around 330, our room wasn’t ready. Two concierge men were asking if we were checking or needed help with luggage, what we needed was help checking in the line of people. The price of parking underneath has gone up. Checking out was 11am, but one elevator was closed for cleaning! At the check out time. This made the other elevators packed, so had to wait three times for an elevator we could get on. Overall experience at check in and check out was a bit underwhelming for this calibre of hotel but the room didn’t disappoint.

Great location next to the shopping centre.

The service isn’t great. Breakfast is average at best and always incredibly crowded. Always have to wait a long time to be seated. Although the pool facilities a lovely they are incredibly small for the amount of people staying. It’s always overcrowded and feels overwhelming in there. It’s a shame. I took my two old boys up later in the evening to have a swim when it was quieter but had a lady yell at us to get out because children weren’t allowed in at that time.

The property itself was nice. Kids enjoyed the pool!

Cleanliness around pool - and toilets weren’t very clean. No staff to advise. Had 2 rooms booked one of which had no sheer curtains - not major problem - and also didn’t have cushions on bed - so rooms not identical. We stayed night before public holiday and went to bar for drinks - ordered a drink and we’re then informed bar was closing 9.15 - disappointing as the staff member (who I think was manager on duty) then hovered around us. In Room Dining menu very limited. No pancakes for breakfast.

Fantastic location ideally located at the doorstep of the massive shopping centre. Easy parking, friendly staff.

As it was school holidays, the poor was very crowded with minimal seating so I had to stand for ages to watch our grandkids swim before a vacant seat became available. The queue to breakfast was also very long but staff did their very best to clean to tables quickly to reset. There was a bit of a wait though. I wouldn’t book for breakfast again in school holiday time. The restaurant was too small to be able to handle the influx of visitors. However…the breakfast buffet was really nice. Coffee. Our lattes were almost cold by the time we got them.

Great location, good facilities and very clean and staff were very informative and friendly. Was very impressed and slightly shocked as upon check in I advised we were there for our wedding anniversary and a short time after entering the room a plate of chocolates and cakes were sent to the room complimentary. I thought this was very nice by the staff who served me and was very unexpected in a good way.

Being our first visit and first stay there is nothing I didn't like.

We had breakfast in the Chadstone Shopping Centre. We did get coffee in the morning at the restaurant. The coffee was ok, not the best , I feel it was rushed. The location is great as you can shop if you have time.

I feel everything was great. I did ask for rooms to be on the same level back in August and when I go to the hotel our rooms were floors apart. The lady at reception was great and she fixed the rooms to be close to each other as the original request. Everything else met my expectations

the property was very convenient for the wedding we were attending. The staff were very nice and let us check in early. beds were comfy, bathroom products were lovely 😊

we thought the price of the room was very high, we typically can get good similar high end hotel rooms for less than 300 a night. for us your hotel was convenient considering the wedding that we were attending was at the same location. we have a Tesla and it wasn’t that convenient for us to charge the car, there were not enough available chargers, so we hope that in future there will be access to more chargers for electric vehicles. thanks

We stayed recently for my daughter's birthday and after we had checked in, the hotel sent up some lovely treats with Happy Birthday written on the plate, it was a lovely thing to do and made her day. As it was a midweek stay and just before Christmas, it was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. I love the facilities here and the extra little touches such as the sensor lights in the bathroom.

There wasnt anything we didnt like except our stay was too short!
