Modern and clean room. Staff members were friendly and helpful when checking in and providing response to a specific request.

The flyscreen was missing so I couldn't open the window for fresh air. Loved the rain shower in ensuite, but no shower cap provided as part of toiletries so would suggest this as an improvement opportunity as some don't want to wash their hair every day or get it wet! I dined at the adjacent pub and service in bistro was average given there was nobody around. Staff taking my order did not know what they were doing and did not provide the 10% discount for my meal as part of accommodation, nor did they scan my pub+ card. Lots of meals on menu were not available. Staff were friendly, but inexperienced.

Welcomed with smiling faces & a good chat upon check in. We were very impressed with the room. We opted for the compact queen. As it was only my partner, small baby & I. Which was absolutely perfect. Spotless. Well stocked. Room service directly from the pub as an added option- The food was outstanding. I would highly recommend staying at NightCap Morwell! We will absolutely be returning in the future.

WOW. Since the new renovations, absolutely fantastic. New facilities, air conditioner, bed, block-out curtains & sheer nets. Lovely restaurant/bistro. Very comfortable & relaxing. The room was quiet. Easy to drive in & out. A great place to stay.

The new bathroom sink is lovely but the insralment of a fixed faucet instead of a swivel one, makes it difficult washing your face over the sink, as the fixed faucet gets in the way. Water goes everywhere. Everything else is great.

The convenience of having everything close by and having a wonderful bistro dinner delivered to my room.

Only negative was the toilet roll holder loose that the toilet roll kept falling on the ground. Oh and the dog opposite my room at the house wouldn’t stop barking but only lasted a couple of hours in the morning so it was completely fine.

The location was perfect, and the staff were amazing. Even the housekeepers were friendly and greeted me every morning as I went outside to brave the cold. The room was decently sized to fit in the queen and single. Was good value for money since I paid under 100/n and it looked like there is a new reverse cycle aircon. Since it was freezing, we were happy to have a working heater 😂 the location, the bistro, BWS. I could get drunk and only have 1 set of stairs to climb before I arrived at the room and good thing was, it was not noisy at all, even though I was skeptical at first about noise from the Pub. The food is freaking amazing! 10/10 for the bistro. If I ever am in the area again, I would stay again

The room we stayed in unfortunately wasn't like the pictures. It was worse. The decor, well, there really wasn't any, and the furniture could use a big update. I was transported back to the 70s. The room had a small kitchenette but there wasn't even a plug for the kettle 😂 so we had to move the kettle to another plug and boy does the bending hurt your back after a few days. Some of the vinyl at the bottom skirt in the bathroom was also coming off the wall where you can see a build up of dirt behind it. Seriously, just glue the shiz back on. I'd also recommend a light on the inside entrance.

The staff were very friendly, ammenities and extra touches (like a free drink att eh bar, tea and coffee, water inthe fridge) were above most locations for the price plus the room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was a little small but for the price I could not complain.

The property is in the process of renovation, which it needs, to be honest. More importantly, the manager was very helpful and professional and the price reflected the current condition of the rooms. It was in an excellent location and convenient for the local hospital - the reason for our stay.

I have no criticism of the shortfalls and understood where they are regarding renovation and improvement at the moment.

It was away from the road and very quiet…the setup of the room I loved, the bed was very comfortable it was peaceful, I had a good rest. Loved it…I would stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel as it was attached to the Top Pub so everything was all in one with dining, entertainment & accommodation. The pub was in dire need of an upgrade, very dated. Ended up leaving & walking to another venue

would have been good if they had laundry facilities- machines so you could wash work clothes
