Clean room, appliances all worked. Highway noise was muted when automatic blinds were operated. Hot water in shower was great. Access to motel from the back street was excellent as the back street led directly to the main shopping area.

Lighting could have been better - one globe in the twin light was not working. Overhead lighting would have been better rather than wall lighting. Cold water tap in the bathroom had hammering when turned on.

Spacious self-contained house (rather than apartment), with renovated interior and two very spacious bathrooms, one with a spa. Plenty of room for a small family, with TVs in every bedroom and the living room. Very clean and daily servicing was provided. Comfortable beds. Quiet location behind main highway. Free Wi-Fi was available. TV streaming services were available on one of the TVs.

The main couch in the living room could do with a replacement.

Clean (although a little dated) and all facilities that you need for a short stay. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.. tea and coffee facilities and a microwave.

Microwave needed to be lifted out of bottom shelf of the cupboard onto the bench to be used. Not an easy task .... Was unable to work the heater.... it was quite a chilly night so tucked into my very comfortable bed much earlier than I otherwise would have.

The room was well laid out and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and keen to offer help. The electric blinds were fantastic the room cooled very quickly and limited the noise. Because we have difficulty climbing a room down stairs. We truly enjoyed our stay ❤️ at this motel. We will definitely stay here again.

We only had one problem the sink in the bathroom was cracked and we thought it was a couple of hairs. This really was our only issue with the motel.

The traffic noise was noticeable but OK. The room was very clean and the bedding was excellent with extra blanket and pillows. Loved that an electric blanket was on the bed.

The door to room 8 was difficult to unlock each time and looked liked it had been jimmied at some point suggesting others had also struggled with the door. Was unsure how to return the room key as no instructions were given. Rang the phone outside of the front reception to ask how they wanted the key returned but was not answered so slid the key under the door before we departed.

They found my stash of medical marijuana and bong I had stored in the bin. They were nice enough to leave said medicine, and even changed my bin bag and returned my bong to the now clean bin. Nat was a wonderful cleaner, I love you Nat but I'm not in love with you though xox

Spacious clean and tidy. Location was very good. Quiet considering ear main road as we had the 2 bedroom house.

The large couch needs up grading as has signs of wear and tear. Would be nice to have an outdoor setting as the weather was perfect to have drinks outside.

We booked for a 2 bedroom apartment which was actually a 2 bedroom house with full kitchen, living, laundry and ensuite facilities - very pleasantly surprised. The house was clean and cosy, close to the town centre with very easy access to travel in any direction. There was also a small supermarket, butcher and bottle shop only 2 blocks away, if on foot. Changing of towels and linen was offered every day. Very friendly staff.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Such friendly staff and helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. Did realised that it was a house and not a two-bed apartment so pleasantly surprised.

We couldn't fault anything in the house.

Continental breakfast is ok for $7 but would have liked a choice of cerial and drinks but it was value for money

As above And asked for more time for checkout it was 10am but asked for 11am told girl at reception One of the other staff knocked on door at 10am and asked when are we checking out I said 11am(we asked for 11am checkout previously) she was polite and friendly about it and said oh ok
