This traditionally built motel has been maintained and improved to a very high standard. The proprietors greet guests happily and are available for any extra requirements. The rooms are comfortable and the decor suitably selected. Provisions ,as listed ,are in good supply, with an effective air conditioning system for any season. The bed and linen extremely clean,as well as the bathroom and shower facilities. Overall, this motel is very comfortable, safe and welcoming.

A little 'out of town ',however set back from the busy and noisy Prince's Hwy and an adjacent main side street, the quite room makes for a good night's sleep.

The staff member on check in was fantastic, the rooms were spotless and had everything you needed.

The rooms were dated as you can see from the website but everything was absolutely perfect. We were here for a friends birthday and decided to stay here because of the price. Very glad we did as the room was lovely, and parking was easy. Did get a bit of traffic noise over night but nothing too bad given proximity to the main road.

Everything was amazing the staff and owners were amazing as always everyone was friendly such a great experience the rooms were spacious beds are comfy everything we needed was meet I love staying here will always choose this place over and over again 10/10 would recommend

There was nothing I was happy with everything

The bed was nice (I spent most of the time sleeping) and the shower had good pressure. I liked that the hot drinks were free.

I wish the shower room had better drainage as the water left the room slightly unusable due to the water running outside of the shower and bathroom. The stairs were hard to get up and down, if i had a chance to move rooms i'd of asked, if i had the money,

Julie was fantastic, my wife had surgery in Traralgon so we needed a place to stay for a night. After I booked I wanted my daughter to come a long and most places would charge for an extra person but Julie said there was a single bed in the room I booked and that would be no problem. She knew my situation and was very caring even putting witches hats on the closest parking near my door so as my wife didn't have to walk far. Thank you Julie! Also the rooms are spotless and we'll set out with everything one needs. I'll def be back if I need a place in Traralgon.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very clean in all aspects. Bathroom even though old was so clean. Towels xtra good quality as was the bed linen. It was good having the wash basin in the main room. Easy access to water for kettle etc. The extra pillows and blanket were stored in covers. Bed xtra comfortable. Cutlery and crockery. Clean and good quality and xtras -Electric kettle , toaster. Microwave and refrigerator were really appreciated.

No complaints at all

The staff organised out-of-hours check-in with a texted code to access an individual lock box because we were arriving late after both working all day. We were travelling that night to get closer to Melbourne for a funeral the next day. Some places give you 2 tiny uht milks for coffee, but this room had 10. Yay! Thank you.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodated all my requests. The rooms are quaint and exceptionally clean, perfect for a stay in Traralgon, and contain all the amenities and facilities I required. The motel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptionally clean, neat and tidy. Good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Great central position. Quiet with minimal traffic noise considering its great location and proximity to a main road.

The water pipes were a bit noisy but given the age of the property, that wasn’t surprising. However, it wasn’t a significant issue.

The hospitality was exceptional. Very clean and tidy rooms with everything you need. Will stay there again whenever we travel to Traralgon.

Only if the wash basin was in the toilet or bathroom rather than next to the big bed. But it wasn't a major issue.
