Rooms were very clean, facilities were very clean, bed was super comfortable.

I contacted the place prior to arrival to see if we could get an early check in due to traveling with special diet food which needed to be refrigerated. When I arrived this was not acknowledged and our room wasnt ready. Someone turned up as I was told the room wasnt ready who didnt ask for an early check in and they were handed over the keys to their room immediately. Check in was unusually long this time asked the same questions multiple times had to come back when room was ready later that day. This is the second time we've stayed and housekeeping missed our room both times with no clean towels provided which was disappointing.

Bed was comfortable. Very large room with small courtyard, with tea, coffee facilities, microwave, cutlery. Great location close to the everything we needed - shopping centre, aquatic centre and the beach. Very quiet, either quiet neighbours or very good sound insulation. Affordable and clean. It certainly has the potential to be a real resort, rather than just a very good motel - with the addition of a kitchenette and a few extra facilities on the grounds.

Everything was good - could definitely stay again. Except calling it a 'resort' is probably not the right word to use as there's no resort facilities at the property, except for golf at the country club next door. If my friend didn't warn me, I would've been slightly disappointed. Definitely better than a motel though.

Reception: The reception staff at both arrival and check-out were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Their knowledgeable suggestions made a great impression, and they were able to answer all of our questions with ease. Bed: The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating two people. There were plenty of pillows and blankets, ensuring a cozy and restful night's sleep. Cleanliness: All aspects of the room were extremely clean. Tea and coffee station: The room was well-equipped with a generous supply of tea, coffee, and milk. It also included water glasses, crockery, cutlery, and a fridge, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bathroom: The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of towels provided. Amenities included bar soap, liquid body wash, shampoo/conditioner, makeup remover face wash cloth, extra toilet paper, ensuring all our needs were well met Room: The accommodation featured a comfortable sleeping area, a separate dining/lounge space, and a TV. There was also a private outdoor area, offering a nice spot to relax. Overall, our stay was extremely enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The Spa was lovely and perfect after a day of exploring the area. Bed was comfy, loved the big TV with all your favourite streaming apps. Room was huge, loved the space!

WiFi is a little sketchy and buffers a lot on videos, but after chatting to the reception about it, discovered it’s a common ISP issue for this area. Breakfast is quite expensive in our opinion, but really appreciated they had bowls, spoons and a fridge in the room, so getting cereal and milk is an affordable alternative option. The rate per a night was a little more that we wanted to pay, but the hotel was lovely! Our room had a lovely courtyard too, it’s a shame no pets are allowed. We would have loved to bring our Cavoodle.

It was a great experience in a clean room.

On the first night, I phoned to get the Wi-Fi password and told that the system was overloaded and I might not get proper internet. On the second day, we found a company vehicle in our parking in front of our door, which restricted our access to our room. When we enquired at reception, we were told that they know the person and he will be gone in an hour, which never happened, and we were stuck with the problem until we checked out on Sunday.

I want to start with the staff: everyone from reception to housekeeping WERE AMAZING , so friendly, accommodating, professional and very polite! Great communication from the facilities, I arrived after the reception closed and the called me earlier to check in and explain the late arrival instructions and followed up with an email. I forgot a small ring and they called me immediately to let me know to pick it up ☺️ Thank you 🙏

🕷️ spiders and the backyard was very dirty we could not sit outside but we did enjoyed the communal sitting area next to the barbecue

I had the disabled room - was excellent. Rooms were very soundproof.

Only draw back were some dirty areas on the carpet. I have a B&B myself and windex cleaner sprayed on it for a few seconds - then a decent rub with a scourer, then a wet cloth to remove windex - than a dry cloth. All gone. I did not expect to see that. Was in several places. The booking in was somewhat convoluted. Two other couples arrived shortly after me. Instead of attending to me she tried to do us all the same time. !!!! Did not realize that the Restaurant was a seperate business. Caused booking confusion.For me.!

It was a lovely room. Lots of space and a courtyard. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. We'd stay again.

These are minor and wouldn't stop us from staying again, but the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like, but I'm a professional cleaner, so I'm a bit tough to impress. Unfortunately, some people rocked up at 11.30pm and thought it would be fun to talk loudly and slam doors and boots. Woke us all up. Be good if they had signs to remind people to keep it down after 10 or 11pm. A lot of people go to bed and wake early to play golf and go fishing.

the staff were super helpful and polite. we checked in late, around 7:45pm but they sent through the late arrival procedure early making it very easy. room was clean and all the amenities were provided. overall it presents as well if not better then in photos. parking was ample and very convenient, in a great location too. tucked away but only a 5 minute drive into town, with some cafes and stuff around.

internet was a bit hit or miss but ok most of the time. our door was a bit sticky but just required an extra nudge to make sure it was closed.

This was our surprise find using reviews on booking.com in the Mornington Peninsula. This hotel whilst not in any main area is a great find. The rooms are enormous, bedroom, separate lounge dining area and bathroom. The room also had microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Perfect hotel for a few nights if you have a car. They also have an onsite self-laundry room to wash/dry clothes. We thought this hotel was fantastic and would definitely stay again. Staff were friendly. If you like golf, the hotel is right next to the course and they have a club house to dine at however it was not open for dinner when we stayed.
