Everything was absolutely excellent. Manager on site to pass room keys over on arrival with providing his personal mobile number, to rooms being excellently presented and cleaned each day during the stay for work locally. Absolutely the best 3 star motel experience known. Usually 3 star motels are absolute crap, not this place. Bar the lack of Cutlery or a dish cloth

No cutlery provided, need to bring your own forks spoons and knives if eating delivery food is in your thing - which is obvious in a motel that has no food service. Also no food cloth to clean up Indian takeaway food mess, or probably anything else dish wise - had to use a face towel and destroy it with vindaloo stains....

Best customer service I've ever experienced. Booked for 17 people for 3 nights, but because of booking.com there was a bit of confusion which left us with a shortage of beds. But Dale ended up giving us a room for free so everyone had a bed to sleep on. We were scheduled to arrive at around 8pm which was past the check in time, but he stayed back so he could be there to give us the keys. He turned the heaters on so the rooms were warm by the time we arrived. The BBQ area was perfect. A big stove to cook on, two picnic tables for everyone, and a sink to wash anything you need.

Nothing. Everything was amazing.

I arrived quite late and the owner was waiting for me with a happy and cheerful demina. Room was on the ground floor, I could park out the front and see the work car which was great. The room was great for me it was big enough to have plenty of room to move. The bed was very comfortable and clean, the pillows were also very comfortable. There was no noise from the road which was great and the other guests were quiet. There is a affordable mini bar in the room which good products that are in date (I have stayed at other motels where the food was not in date). I am coming back down this way to work in April and will definitely staying here, even though I have to work in Shepparton as well I will stay here.

That I didn't ask for the wifi details (my fault no the motel owners).

Great configuration for travel with a toddler, with a separate room at the opposite end to the double bed. Single beds could be pushed together to avoid falling out in the middle of the night! And got to see some kookaburras visiting us on the front lawn!

Bathroom/kitchen area could use a bit of a refresh, but it was clean and the shower was hot with good water pressure.

location was nice and close to Tatura Park so i could attend a horse show, the bed was lovely and comfortable. the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! i like the offer of getting laundry dine but didn't get a chance to do that.

i didn't get given the wifi code and netflix was very slow.

The staff went above and beyond to insure we were comfortable and happy.They were very friendly and approachable,nothing was a hassle.Happy to help in anyway.

The only thing l could fault was the hot water taking a long time to come through,so had to judge when other guest weren't back and grab a shower before too many wanted one,or shower very early in the morning.But once the water was hot it was great.

Location was very good, easily located and accessible and outlook from rooms was very pleasant and peaceful. Bed comfortable, room clean and equipped as would be anticipated. Very good value. Extremely impressed with the honesty of cleaning crew/management who contacted me immediately on discovering an item I had left in room on departure. Management then willingly offered to post item to me for which I was extremely grateful. Definitely would stay again when in the region.

There was nothing we were disappointed with in this accommodation.

Owner, Dale was very welcoming with a good bit of footy banter. Our room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Very comfy bed and quiet location. Will definitely stay again if in Tatura. Thanks Dale.

Everything was good.

Bed linen was very nice, it looked good quality and well pressed. Liked rack for suitcase. Good supplies of coffee,teabags, biscuits. and little milks in fridge. Heating effective. Individual reading lights.

Would have liked a 2nd comfy chair to watch TV instead of one guest sitting on bed. Maybe a disposable dish cloth to wipe down bench. Double power point was loose, ineffective so needed extra push in to make it work. Owner aware.

location was near our reason for being there. Close to Tatura high street with shops, pubs and cafes all within 5 mins drive. great parking and a quiet location. Owners were attentive and responsive with good local advice and excellent directions to eateries and shopping etc. Rooms simple and clean and extremely well made up everyday if required.

slightly slow Wifi, but still passable for the countryside.
