The motel was situate on the outskirts of town in some green space and was the standard was what could be anticipated from such accommodation. So it was clean, warm and provided drink making facilities .

Organisation could have been better. Reservation made for dog but on arrival was not available. Also no smoking in rooms policy was not extended to corridors outside which created smoke filled atmosphere

Room was large and clean, there was plenty of space for two adults and our two small dogs. We liked having a full sized sofa to relax on. Bathroom was also a good size with decent hot water. We liked the back grassy area for the dogs and the easy walk to the town from the levee.

There were limited power points - it would have been good to have accessible points on either side of the bed. We found we had to juggle power cords between our devices, the hot water jug, toaster and microwave. the taps in the bathroom leaked around their bases. We would have liked to have had our towels replaced as we stayed for 3 nights! we didn't like having the staircase outside our front door - it was a bit noisy.

We were warmly greeted and treated very well. The room itself was well presented, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. We would highly recommend; I am sure we will stay again in the future.

The only slight issue was the curtains are not fully block out and the porch/walkway outside lights made it difficult to get to sleep. It also would have been nice to have a hairdryer available in the room.

The bed was comfortable and the pool looked nice, although we didn't get to use it. The shower pressure was excellent. Overall, a nice stay.

We asked for later checkout (until 11am) due to doing the Wangaratta marathon and we just wanted to shower after our race. A bit disappointing that they wanted to charge us an extra $25, when most places have check out time of 11am anyway. They allowed us to stay until 10:30am for free. The hot water in the bathroom is extremely hot, so it's easy to burn yourself.

Room is really big, enough beds for 4 adults 2 kids. Love the beds have heat mattresses, really warm during cold night. Location is ok, quite close to the town, easy to access to the restaurants and supermarkets

Only 1 bathroom with 1 toilet and 1 sink for a family room. Not very practical. Charged us $50 (plus surcharge) for a cat which doesn't make any mess. I was originally told $25 when I booked the room. Hopefully the motel can be more transparent for any charge.

The staff were very flexible and allowed us to check in early which we were most appreciative after a five hour drive. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in Wangaratta in the future.

As I previously mentioned the view wasn't too flash, being in the corner but we were grateful to be able to access the room earlier than previously arranged.

Place was simple and clean, there was everything we needed from a cost effective motel. I dont think there is anything more that I would have wanted,

The bed was very hard, and there was another guest smoking next-door and so I would get a waft of smoke into the room every so often.

The room was well laid out, and neat. The kids thought the pool was great - but freezing! the view from the room was amazing. We loved looking out at the natural bush. The staff were friendly and helpful - letting us in a little early as the room was finished. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of blankets were supplied. The kids enjoyed a bath in the spa to defrost after swimming in the pool - it was spacious and comfortable. The TV had a Netflix account setup and the TV was actually connected to the internet that didn’t lag - a first for us!!!! Kids were very happy about that as we’ve had to hot spot phones to TV to get decent internet access, as well as log in to our own Netflix account in the past. Was great to have it all there and working! The biscuits, tea, coffee, etc were a great addition. Thank you. :)

When other guests sat at the provided table outside to smoke, all of their smoke came into our room (the table was outside our door). That was no fun! Also, there was no fly screen on the window so we couldn’t have it open or insects would come in. There was no sink to wash up dishes or fill up the jug (an oversight on my part when booking) - and that was a little challenging (although there was a tap right outside the door)!

The space, the ability to bring the dogs. Location.

There was no cleaning of rooms and even staying 2 nights there was no cleaning supplies to wash your plates, mugs or cutlery. I was there for 3 nights.

Great place to stay when on the road with pets. Very pretty location with large space behind the property for the dogs to run. Grounds and pool were well maintained. I was a bit apprehensive staying in a room that allows pets but it was very clean. Wangaratta has some great little restaurants and cafes nearby at the river to eat in a pretty setting. Would recommend it to all.
