Clean and comfortable stay. Even though the building and bathroom are showing their age, the inside furnishings were as nicely done as possible, and for the price we paid, we were super happy with this motel. We arrived late (after reception was closed) but the motel provided us with some instructions via text so check-in was smooth.

Shampoo in shower was empty, but I don't tend to use those all in one soaps at hotels/motels anyway.

Booked a king size bed and it was lovely and comfortable It also had a lounge chair to sit in to watch tv Also like a lot of motels these days have cutlery and bowls and plates and had a microwave and toaster and jug and a sink to wash the dishes in Great idea for breakfast and to eat take away at

The service online and in person was professional and friendly, requests were granted The room was warm, very Clean and on the bottom floor. The Bed was a great size, clean very comfortable. The water in both the shower and spa bath was hot and plentiful. The parking was close to room and available

The motel was within 3 minutes of the town centre, a leisurely early morning walk to and from the King George Gardens before the heat of the day or in the evening. The staff were amiable, and the facilities were immaculate.

It was sad that the pool on the premises was not in use; it would have been wonderful to cool off after a dip. The bathroom taps leaked, and there was an overpowering smell of rusted pipes. The basin and bathtub filled up with water that could have been spared if the leaks were managed but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great location, room was very comfortable. Had everything that was needed. Loved the bed, great heater for the 0 temp Parked right outside the door. The lady at reception got us into our room that morning due to my husband had just had a medical procedure and needed to lie down & rest afterwards. It was greatly appreciated. Definitely would stay there again.

Very comfortable bed and good towels and bed linen.

No microwave bowls, cutting board or sharp knives. One power point only in kitchen nor ones in living areas. Had to charge devices in bathroom. Unless circumstances prevented, you would expect to have reception open especially during stated reception times. Key under the mat.

Close to venue.

Air conditioner didn’t work.There wasn’t anyone to ask why or talk to. Shower needs slip proof mat,as an older person (75 years old) quite slippery and a possible accident waiting to happen. (Very dangerous).

When booking I told them that my friend did not do stairs very well [parkinsons] I was surprised when we arrived we were given N/o 1 unit disabled .that made our stay more comfotable .. Thank you . we will stay again Jeff & Kim temora nsw

Very friendly staff, clean and had everything you needed for an overnight stay. Great location. Staff were very honest from the beginning that the shower door was a little stiff as they were waiting for a technician after the weekend but it was not an issue at all, easy to navigate. Comfy beds!

Would be nice to have a little table between the twin beds in the family room, otherwise all great!

When I had booked wrong date and turned up a day earlier than my booking seemed no trouble to fit us in, the person spoke to was calm and unfazed! Close to town. Lovely cleaning staff. Good size room with plenty of tea and coffee provided which is a welcome change compared to most motels I’ve recently stayed in.

No one in the office at 8 pm for check in.
