The room is very clean and tidy. Have not seen any web or insects. Wifi is as fast as home. Communication is good. Staff very friendly. Single use shoes is the part I like most. There is a telephone in the bathroom probably for hazards, which is very kind and thoughtful. Bed is comfortable. Room is big . The location is great. If you are visiting patient at Wantirna Health, you should definitely consider this place . 901 bus stops at door step and it is just 5 mins’ travel on the bus. 901 bus can also take you to the big shopping Centre Westfield Knox in 5 mins time，too.

No microwave is one thing the management should consider. The plug in the bath tub needs to be replaced to a better one or probably removed. The edge of the plug is quite sharp.

The hotel was in an excellent location for us to attend a function. There was ample undercover parking. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The security is good. They close the elevator from the car park around 10pm so only access is via the reception. The rooms are large with balcony. The bed was comfy with a selection of pillows. Bath tub with shower. Tea and coffee with complimentary biscuits. Mini bar with a basic selection. The hotel rooms are over a Chinese Restaurant so handy for something to eat. We were happy with our stay and will definately use again.

I liked the location being so close to everything. I like the room l stayed in. It is convenient having a microwave oven in the room. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I like the restaurant. The food is delicious. I will always stay at your hotel when l come to Melbourne. This is my 3rd stay and will come back again next year.

it's location was easy to find and near the event I was attending. Warm friendly staff. The air-conditioned room was a good size, a lovely bathroom spacious and clean. Private parking on the premise.

I arrived back at the Golden Pebble after 11pm to find the elevator was "closed" !! I had to walk up the first flight of stairs carrying my hand bag, pack pack, jacket and late night dinner to my room.

From the start with booking in, the receptionist was very friendly and cheerful. The room was very large and well lit, everything from mini bar to bathroom towels was well laid out and the bed super comfy. Private balcony a lovely touch to sit out on with amazing Dandenong Ranges views.

Booking.com states an in-house restaurant for tea and breakfast, which it does not. That facility is there but for private functions. But lots of places for dinner and breakfast locally.

Room was a good size. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was nice. Check in after 5pm was a great addition. Staff member at front desk was friendly and knowledgeabe

Entrance to carpark was hard to find, i missed it and had to drive around the block. Also car park was very full due to restaurant too. I feel like ceiling lights would be beneficial

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. They were able to provide a quite, disability access room for my elderly father. I left an item in my room and front desk contacted me to let me know that I had left it in the room and they posted it back to me immediately which I was happy to pay. I received it 4 days later. Rooms are clean and quiet, good value for what you get. This enabled us to book multiple rooms. Good location close to a mall with lots of places to eat I would recommend this hotel. I liked that the room was spacious for the amount of time we had to spend in there. It was close to the local shopping centre and the location wasn’t overly crowded.

It would’ve been nice to have some outdoor furniture or a microwave available inside the room, however staff were quite accomodating to helping us warm up our heat pack.

The room was spacious, suitable for our 4 day stay when we expected to remain in the room until lunch time on occasion. There was no noise from adjacent rooms. We were able to park the car undercover and the lift made the transition from/to our first floor room very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent.

The TV could be mounted for viewing from the bed as well as the settee.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. There is a restaurant down stairs and across the road for some nice cheap eating. Knox shopping centre is also close by through a short bus ride.

The location was kind of awkward being on a main road, and it can be quite loud with people drag racing each other. However that's no fault of the hotel staff.
