Our room was spacious. Balcony very small and hot. Very clean. The room was warm and the airconditioning had not been changed over to cooling. Good location but no where really to relax in the hotel so you needed to go out. The dining/eating area didn't really appeal and little atmosphere.

The hotel needed a better area to sit and have a drink etc. No views at all. The inside pool was being renovated and I think it would be very noisy when being used. Overall an ideal hotel for a night stay but better options elsewhere.

Walking distance easily to city and all amenities

The sheets were not fitted nicely. The fly screen door was off the runners. Shower was above bath which made it a bit difficult to get in and out. Back entry door did not open after 10pm despite having a bell and instructions saying what to do. The instructions stated to swipe room key left of door, but there was no swipe keypad installed. Was forced to walk around and come in the front door. When finally getting in, I spoke to staff that said they didn't know that the bell on the back door was not working.

Just staying overnight we were delighted how the hotel looked very updated with clean rooms .We had dinner at Zebu and the food was very tasty with friendly lady staff member making great cocktails and in the morning we were warmly greeted by DJ who is very friendly and makes a great coffee .DJ is a superstar working late at night serving food then up again at 7am to serve breakfast .

Aircon was noisy but room was very warm on a cold night . Reception Lady needs to smile 😃

shower in bath have two bad knees couldnt possibly have shower in that situation Rang desk very helpful and changed me to a room with walk in shower None to help with luggage at front of hotel Had to drag my case and other bags up stairs didnt help knees here either Definetly needing help at front entrance for guests Inconvenient to have to drive round block to park car Bags still sitting at top of steps more staff needed

Was a nice Balcony & I enjoyed being able to have fresh air into room. Even tho it was too cold when we went to sit out there. Had power points at bedside tables, for easy access for phone charging etc. Fairly spacious for a hotel room, with reasonable room for putting suitcases etc. Comfy bed. Super close to restaurants, cafes, bars etc... Walking distance, as well as foreshore/bay.

There was a constant howling wind noise coming from the bathroom & main door into room from landing. When we closed the bathroom door it cut the noise a little, but not completely. Most annoying 😑 The breakfast was going to be SUPER Expensive, $35 a head for basic breakfast, so we skipped that!!🫤 Wish the room kitchenette was a tad bigger (We brought our own coffee pod machine, so a little more bench space would have been good) & it would have been good if it had a microwave. We had some food that would have been nice to be able to reheat. Also, we didn't want to use the central aircon, due to it being linked to the rest of hotel...luckily didn't need that in our stay.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay in the corner suite of the hotel. Ample room to move around. I think it had not long been renovated as it was extremely clean with a new bathroom. There was a heated pool and pool table on the ground floor which the children loved. The restaurant on the ground floor was AMAZING for dinners. All the staff were friendly and very obliging when asked a question. We will most definitely stay there again.

The ONLY thing I could pick at would be there was no safe in the room....

The check in/front desk staff were wonderful and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was incredibly spacious and we loved the bathroom and mirrors, great for getting ready. Balcony was a plus and the beds were so comfortable! You could tell everything in this hotel was kept incredibly clean, which is something I always look for in any hotel. Would 100% stay again. (Also in a great spot, can walk to practically everything!)

Given that the pool was under reservations the rest of the hotel was great. We travelled 2 weeks in WA and this hotel was by far the best value. Everything in the rooms was good. Location is good with easy walk to shops river and restaurants. Will be staying here again when I am in the area.

Would of been nice if the pool was finished. I think having pool on front entrance foyer floor would have many adults not wanting to use it but kids would love it.

All of the above was very acceptable. My grandson and his friend loved the space and the beds. The indoor pool is the big attraction.

The price. I paid $400.00 per night. I was telling the maitre'd at your restaurant that I was paying $400.00 per night and I was still on the first floor, there was silence from him. On the three occasions that I have stayed at your hotel with a child and/or children, we have loved the pool and dined at your restaurant. Both of which are faultless. My grandson's friend threw up after dinner. My apologies to the staff for that misdemeanor. I'm not sure I can afford you any more and that makes me sad.

The room was nicely furnished and modern, as was the bathroom. The room was serviced daily with clean towels etc. and the king bed was very comfy. The hotel is well located and within easy walking distance to the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. All the staff were very friendly.

It would have been good to have a light on the balcony for sitting at night time.
