Close to beach and bike path which are right out the back of village. Neat tidy rooms, quiet park at the time we were there, no caravans just villas and glamping tents. Shops across the road IGA, bottle shop Indian restaurant.

Office hours they were'nt open when we left 9am but it was a Sunday so not a big deal. I had just hoped to report our stolen bike. Our mountain bike was stolen during the night. Our fault for being complacent and not locking it up. The back of the park is very secure, entry and exit through a gate by your room key tag, the front is not secure for walk ins hence why they were able to get away with pinching our bike.

The room was a good size and well appointed with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The pool was a good size too and there was space to leave the bikes outside the room. Parking was convenient. The park was convenient to access the beach path and beach. Staff were friendly. The room was a good size in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

The pool wasn't heated and freezing. The bedroom was tiny even with a queen sized bed in it. The TV reception was rubbish and flickered every time a light was turned on. It would have been nice to have a table and chairs outside the front to eat food instead of two useless benches and a coffee table. The people in the room next were rowdy carrying on shouting until midnight.

Clean and tidy villas, we were upgraded from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. It was very spacious. Swimming pool immaculately clean and lovely grounds. We weren't travelling with young children, if you were it has a great playground and lovely gardens fully fenced. Busselton jetty a nice 3.5km walk, through the back gate of the complex and along the coast on a walking/ cycling track.

Our television only worked with ABC, SBS, and Ten. Something apparently going on with Channels 7 and 9 in the South West which means older tv's need to be replaced, ours hadn't been replaced yet. Apparently new tv's have been ordered.

Proximity to the beach, trees gave excellent shade, facilities on site were very good. Wifi access good., Clothes airer in the room was good to dry bathers & washing. We wanted to be close to the Yacht Club for RaceWeek and the location was just a 10min walk.

No windows or direct light to the family room in Queen studio which meant having the light on all day. Having to have 4 $1 coins for the washing machine - cash is hard to get these days! Entry to the property can be tricky in heavy traffic.

Very well equipped ie scissors and a reasonably sharp knife. However .....

Property had been re-sealed very recently so that there was a powerful smell of petrol-based product for the duration, not helped given that it was cold and I needed to put the heating on. Also, there was a finite amount of hot water to the shower each morning - seriously, it ran cold very quickly. And although I mentioned that to one of the cleaning team who promised to have it looked into, the next morning it was clear that nothing had been done. Finally, never saw any staff operating the reception area - that appeared closed, permanently.

park presentation was great! the size of the unit and location was perfect for us. the lounges were very comfortable. disability access was great too! pool was clean and bloody cold! outdoor kitchen and seating was great. LOVED YOUR SOFT GRASS!!🥰

the frying pan didn’t work effectively on the stove. there wasn’t any space to put our suitcases on in the bedroom or anywhere in the bedroom, only a very small table. the tv was consistently glitching, however only after 4pm!! lol! the bed was hard and constantly moved around. this didn’t affect our stay at all, it was just little things that stood out to us.

Without knowing what to expect, if i did have expectations they would have been exceeded. We had everything we could ever need in our tent, the bar fridge was a pretty decent size and fit so much in. The complimentary cheese and cracker plate and champagne was a nice touch. We had prime location directly in front of the glampers kitchen which was equipped with stove and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave (even tho we had a kettle and microwave in the tent) and all cooking and eating utensils. The tents fit alot of useful furniture and all crockery etc including plastic stuff for the kids. The whole place was pretty quiet and its a small place which made it even more pleasant. We even had a picnic bench at ours which was lerfect for our family meals. We had a good bunch of families around us and all thebkids got along well. Theres a games room, pool and playground too which the kids loved. The beach is at the back door and town was a beautiful 20 odd minute walk. You wont be disappointed at all. All you need to do is pack your clothes and swimmers and your set! Its a ten out of ten for us!

I genuinely have no complaints.

We love this little gem! So close to Busselton (3 minutes; 15-20 minutes to Dunsborough). Beautifully maintained grounds. Out the back gate and across bridge to pristine beach. IGA, pharmacy, post office and liquor store across the road. Villa is long and narrow but we’ll equipped. Wifi was excellent. Kitchen well equipped.

Unfortunately both times we’ve stayed in the villas we’ve had a neighbour who smokes in the outdoor seating area, making it unpleasant to sit there. Please consider banning all smoking in vicinity of the units; there are garden areas where they could sit, away from the living spaces. Important for public health. We note that TVs are being replaced. That’s great as a larger TV would be ideal.

we were excited to try glamping and it met our expectations. Comfortable, clean, didn't expect to have a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee, tea, milk, towels, cutlery and heater in the tent. Indoor kitchen just next to our tent, so we did not really use the microwave. So, it's like a motel room expect no ensuite of course. Location was perfect, 30 mins walk to Busselton jetty. Beach is only 2 mins away and clean and quiet despite being peak of summer holidays. I especially liked the decking area where we can sit and relax. Wifi was good for the kids. Lots of shade from big trees. We only had direct sun in the morning but we were out and about anyway. By the time we returned around 2-3pm, we were almost fully shaded - perfect for the cuppa or Prosecco which was also provided. There is also a clean pool and small games room.

I recently had an incredible glamping experience! The location was perfect, very close to the beach and close to the city. The tent was spacious with lots of lovely touches. Going on winter? Not a problem, they have heater inside the tent. Very clean linen, towels and toilet facilities. Property is very well maintained, will definitely come back.

Everything was great.
