We stayed in the 3 bedroom bungalow and had a really great Summer holiday break. The bungalow was comfortable, modern and clean. Spacious and decent furniture - a comfortable sofa, and well equipped kitchen. Air con and new tvs/soundbars in each room. We loved that we were near the swimming pool and a few minutes away from the beach. Excellent facilities at the Sebel, and a great location - quiet, but still close to restaurants, beach and the cycle path to Busselton foreshore or Dunsborough.

Wifi was intermittent at times, with limited service. BBQ was out of service in our back garden area, but you could use others around the resort.

Such a great and quiet spot for small families. We loved the restaurant next door and the walking/bike track was fantastic. The beach was wonderful and a short drive into Busselton was exactly what we wanted. Great location for us to unwind! The pool was fantastic.

We loved everything and it was clean in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Only downside was the floor wasn’t clean so our feet would go black within an hour. Needs a good deep clean (cobwebs on ceilings etc). Perhaps we’re a little picky with the $400 price point per night, but those deep cleaning elements were our only disappointment. You want to feel like you’re in a well looked after & cared for place!

The facilities were great and well maintained and the 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was modern and the beds were very comfy. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Access to the beach was just behind the complex and within walking distance to a beautiful restaurant - Tonic by the Bay. The squash court, gym, tennis court, indoor swimming pool and games room kept our teenagers very busy. The outdoor pool looked lovely but was way too cold for me.

We didn't realise when we booked our family holiday that the Leavers were vacating the same day as we arrived. This meant there was quite a delay in receiving our keys. The staff and management were sympathtic to our delay and provided us with a voucher to Tonic by the Bay where we had a lovely meal whilst we waited for our room to be cleaned.

Overall, the standard and cleanliness of the accommodation is excellent. One of the key drawcards of the resort is the access to an indoor and outdoor pool which is great when travelling with children!

The standard of the properties varies greatly between houses. Whilst we had an excellent standard of accommodation our friends had a bathroom and toilet they were unable to use. The glasses, crockery and cooking utensils within our property did not meet the standard of the rest of the property. We had a random selection of glasses, plates and dishes and one of the kitchen utensils was a paint scraper! For the money you pay for the property I would expect to have at least one full set of wine glasses and dinner plates.

We loved the apartment that was freshly renovated and the location and facilities of the resort. There were some great takeaway and dine in food options very close by. We loved walking to the beach everyday and using the heated pool with the kids.

The only thing we would've loved is to have a playground inside the resort to take the kids to. We also didn't like that the seal on both shower doors were broken and the bathroom flooded with water after having a shower.

We have been coming to the Sebel for 15years with our kids, we really enjoy staying here! However now that our kids are teenagers we don’t wake up early and all were looking forward to a sleep and rest as we had a close family member pass away and were looking forward to some time together. However we were woken early both mornings by kids running across the floor in the apartment above us and next to us on the ground floor:( absolute nightmare.. Maybe considering that you ask the ages of everyone’s children you could place them all together all the young kids/families and then all teenage families also together so everyone is happy! I understand kids are kids but adults with teenagers look forward to the rest and quiet time when going away and spending a lot of money.

The apartments are all fully renovated and at the time we stayed (October 2024) the photos on booking.com did not reflect this. So we were very pleasantly surprised. The beds are super comfortable, the apartments incredibly well appointed and the facilities in the hotel brilliant. We were only sorry we were unable to stay more than one night. Highly recommended.

Nothing, it was perfect. The location is slightly further out of town than some other options but with a car, it really doesn't matter.

The indoor pool area was large and we enjoyed our swims. It was nice to have a dip in the outdoor pool, too, for a freezing contrast! The location close to the beach and cycle path is amazing.

The people in the bungalow beside us were smoking, and so we kept our doors shut. There probably needs to be more 'no smoking' signs around so that people actually have to leave the venue to smoke. Consider providing sufficient dishwashing tabs for 'once a day' use of the dishwasher.

Comfotable Beds, AirCon, Pools, Tennis Courts, movie channels, BBQs. Assistance after hours when we left keys in room. Most appreciated.

Outdoor pool was nice and refreshing and great for lap swimming but maybe a little too cool. Could do with a bit of heating up to around 26C. Especially as unuseable in winter. Indoor pool too warm for me but the rest of the family enjoyed it. Access to more than two key entry cards would be better as five of us in our family who like to do differing activities.

It was a wet weekend so the spa bath in our room was excellent for the kids. The rear court yard was fantastic to store our bikes and the full functioning kitchen meant we could prepare any meal we wanted.

We only had one issue with this accommodation and that was the carpet on the stairs and first floor. Our kids suffer dust might allergies and our youngest (4 years) had red puffy eyes and welts on her skin.
