The bungalow was in the perfect location for families within the resort. It was close to both the pool and beach. The bungalow had everything you needed for a short stay and would be really comfortable for a longer one. We had one minor issue and l messaged Gavin and he responded quickly and it was no problem for them to rectify. Each room and the loft had heating and aircon and a TV. Made it so easy to keep everyone comfortable and occupied when in the bungalow. The beds were really comfortable. The outdoor patio had a great BBQ and line for drying towels. We even had a possum nest above us in a tree with the sweetest little possum living in it who visited. We will be rebooking. Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay at the presidential bungalow. Great location and Nice little unit fully equipped with everything you’d need. The beds were nice and comfy and plenty of split systems to keep us all cosy on those cold winter nights. It sounds strange but We also really loved the dryer! I want one like that for home now!! The kids loved being able to play the Xbox thank you. Nice and close to the swimming pool too where we spent a lot of our time!

Only thing I’d point out Is the light fitting on the wall in the master bedroom needs repair.. it’s hanging off and could see exposed wires just a bit dangerous with kids I think. Outside of the property’s responsibility but The sebels “games room” was also disappointing. Lots of games not working and all pretty old and run down.

Location and Facilities

Poorly Maintained apartment, marks on all walls, paint peeling off banister. Light fitting in main bedroom bedside is missing the lamp and bracket was broken with visible wiring questioning why was this not attended to before I booked and paid for my stay ???? Bad smell of urine upon entry which I believe to be from possums in the roof as I came into contact with one the second night. I brought the issues up with the owner who said he would address this week, but why was it not addressed before I paid in full. It was not as advertised

Really comfortable well equipped accommodation. The complex backs onto the beach, has heaps of sporting and leisure facilities, well maintained grounds and is quiet.

Short walk to the beach was great. Pool facilities were excellent. Room size was very good with plenty of space.

Outside tennis courts need significant maintenance. The room is in need of a serious renovation.

Comfortable unit, close to the beach. Centrally located between Busselton and Dunsborough. Safe and secure. Good amenities.

We were booked for seven but there only four pool towels and four face towels. Need some sharper knives or a knife sharpener in the kitchen.

The place was lovely & situated in a great spot the pool area was great the place was very comfortable

Indoor pool and spa are amazing. Kids loved to play there. Hotel facilities are complete and well cared. The bungalow is spacious and could accommodate my family really well.

Kitchen appliances (mainly pans) need replacement. The chairs on dining table will require attention as the legs are loose. And even though it is a great idea to provide a Xbox for customers, it was not working and the games provided didn't work.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Presidential Bungalows- it has been great value for money to have such an excellent location with access to the Sebel pools & such large spacious accommodation so close to the beach. It has lots of good features - like many aircons & TV’s, renovated bathrooms & endless hot water are excellent & had a great kitchen. We enjoyed our patio & washing line for the beach towels.

A few things (mainly in the upstairs loft) are outdated & needing upgrading & repair which we mentioned to the owner. We had a comfortable stay tho & look forward to returning.

The apartment is in a fantastic location within the resort, literally 20 metres to the heated pool which was a plus in winter! Also a great location in between Busselton and dunsborough. It was very secure and safe which is a bonus with little ones. We had a family of 4 and it was more then enough. Could easily fit another family in if needed.

Although we had a very pleasant stay and we will be back again I think the cleaning was sub par for this price range, or any range really. I don’t want to go into it to much as we enjoyed our stay and this is something that could be easily fixed by management.
