The staff were welcoming, friendly and welcomed me like an old friend. They were helpful and assisted WITH EVERY DETAIL. They explained everything and I didn't have to worry about anything. It's a beautiful hotel, an old charming girl. I love all the facilities in one place, everything is clean, and the pool and spa is " to die for" at the end of a working day...no wonder you see repeat business for FIFOs, tradees, business, holiday 😀 peoples, travellers from all over. Its a great place. Worth a great welcome stay. GO FOR IT!!

People who yelled and shouted. But this was dealt with by the night manager, and staff on duty swiftly, as its in the rules folks!! And people who go to the downstairs loo all wet? Try drying yourself off? It's in the rules people...it was disgusting navigating puddles to do my business...but this was swiftly dealt with...its the people and morons who make it stupid, not the staff. They will deal with you quickly, and will not tolerate disruption for the sake of other peoples comfort and peace and enjoyability. Take a hint!!

I just can't get over how clean the room was!!! I've stayed at a lot of places for work/relaxation & the cleanliness at The Atrium Mandurah was by far the cleanest place ever like I actually went looking for dust or just something and could not fault any part of the room. The cleanliness alone makes it feel relaxing and cool. Great air-conditioning system. The whole loft was cool, even up stairs. Comfortable clean decent bed, bedding and towels and the proximity of everything is wonderful right in the heart of Mandurah. Will be back again for sure.

The smell of chlorine on the immediate entrance of the hotel foyer. One guy at the administration desk seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of people checking in at once in the afternoon and seemed to not be too interested in speaking to people or some people. He seemed kind to some people but others, rather blunt.

Staying at the Atrium was an overnight stay before I headed back home. The reception staff were friendly and have excellent communication skills, although I was a bit early, I was allocated a room straight away and was given information about the Hotel. Reception area was welcoming and immaculate. Easy lift to room after emptying car. Bedroom and bathroom crisp and clean - beautiful fluffy white towels! Basic coffee and tea facilities in room. Loved the inside balconies, overlooking a pristine pool, festooned with live plants draping down the sides contrasted with the blue carpet and white walls. Unfortunately time did not permit me to go to the bar nor to the restaurant, so cannot comment.

We arrived to find ourselves in a deluxe two bed room which had no facilities for a family no toaster no microwave no cutlery no pottery which wasnt good for a fmaily with a three year old toddler. Then Dante on Reception saw our dilemma and re settled us in an apartment with Kitchenette and all the facilities to make our stay one of the most enjoyable in our 20 years of visiting the Atrium. A big Shout out to Dante Thank you.

Great staff, location, and facilities. Can get to and from all major Mandurah locations from the Atrium with the luxury of being set back just enough that it is peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable (of things to do, etc.), and great with the kids! The tennis courts - fun, family ones - and pool some of the GREAT in-house activities available for all ... and the kids loved them! The room was one of their loft apartments and well worth taking if you're there with family or friends. Cosy with a fantastic view (from 508) of ocean, canals, locals, and visitors. Will be back for a MUCH longer stay very soon. Cheers

Nothing. A great time was had by all. Oh, PERHAPS need longer, as there really is a whole lot to do (family wise) down there. The kids could have/would have spent days in the pool alone had we been down longer! Brilliant spot!

Loved the friendly helpful staff. The pool and spa were both working. The food from the restaurant was delicious. The lady on Saturday night was very polite and friendly, she even went looking for candles for my grandaughter as it was her birthday. She was very opologetic as she could not find any .

That it was totally cashless No microwave in the room and although we could use the one in the buffet area it wasn't working The mirror on the back of the door was annoying as the sun hit it and bounced back

Lovely view, room had a everything needed for a short stay. The spiral staircase was novel and loved by the kids- something to keep in mind if you have very small children. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly.

The hotel is basically an indoor pool with accommodation attached, so it smells of chlorine and feels humid. I felt this would become uncomfortable after a couple of nights, but the Atrium is excellent for a short stay, especially with kids as the novelty of the pool/colour change lighting/glass elevator kept them excited.

We stayed there to attend an external function, so it met our needs nicely. The reception staff were lovely and very pleasant to deal with.

To be honest it was a little dated and there was some dust and hair near the base of the toilet, but it didn't detract from the overall stay. Probably too big a job, but some updated exhaust fans in the bathroom wouldn't have gone astray. Considering the age of the hotel, it was more than adequate and the hints re: hot water were good.

I stayed two nights , and had just finished travelling around the north of Thailand , and found the bed was the best I have slept on for a long long time, The ladies in the front office were great , helped me sort out my next part of my travels and guided me to a great Kweteo noodles place about 5 doors down , I know they had coffee and biscuits on the rear of the ground floor , but I preferred to get out and around town to see as much as I could in only a few days. loved the place and will return in the new year

everything was great ,not a thing was wrong.

Great little apartment hotel. Lovely and clean, everything you need in the kitchen, complimentary toiletries. Also air con in the living area and a fan for the bedroom if you need it. Fab little pool in the centre with a spa and kids area. Staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly 😊 Great value for money

Great if You're cooking or eating out, just note the restaurant opening hours as not open long in the evening. (Not really a problem as plenty of local places to eat and drink, within walking distance)
