Had good facilities Microwave and fridge in room pool outside. Room 42 was nice and spacious

The first room I was offered was very run down so I asked for another room. No one to greet new arrivals waited and then I had to look around for someone to serve. Short staffed. The water pressure was terrible making it hard to have a warm shower, you either had a hot or cold shower. Rooms do not invite wifi connectivity you need to ask for the password which doesn’t connect to the name of place, so you have to ask again. Staff not friendly need to have customer service training. Need better front signage

The venue was a very nice place to stay for our purpose and our room was of a good size for the 2 of us. All the amenities were secluded from the main road, with very little road noise. We were very pleased with the security of the motel. The restaurant is pleasant with very good customer service and friendly staff, including their room service. The location is close to the main business area of Mandurah.

Although we liked the motel, some of the fittings are a bit dated, mainly in the bathroom. After we had the tv fixed, for some reason it seemed that we were unable to watch any of the digital channels, even though they were listed. Otherwise, it was a nice unit.

Had to climb stairs to get to apartment even though having asked for ground floor. Very hard for me as I have terrible arthritis. Puzzled to see range hood above bench, in main area, but there was no stove. In the bathroom there was an ordinary stainless steel sink, not a porcelain one and this was the only place to wash up dishes etc. Not very good and also no washing up liquid.

I enjoy the pool, especially as I was the only one using it at the time. I also appreciated being quite close to the marina.

Being under the restaurant, I could hear a lot of chairs/tables moving above, but thankfully I had earplugs so I still managed to sleep. It was quite bright at night from the light on the pool, so again, I was glad I had an eye mask. Bathroom shower pressure was really good, hot water took a long while to arrive. Fan in the bathroom was quite loud, so may be a problem if someone needs to get up in the night and someone else is asleep.

My stay at this these apartments was just what the Doctor ordered. The apartments are a little dated but the cleanliness was 5*. Charmaine on Reception was great communicating with me, as I have limited mobility, she accommodated my needs. Pamela was so kind and thoughtful, pleasure meeting her. Tina Duckk was like my Guardian Angel and went above and beyond to help me , (as my Daughter was unable to join me) Thanks to you all, especially Tina . See you soon

A hidden GEM! Pool was clean, needs a couple more recliners, Restaurant is lovely, friendly staff and the food was much better than expected!

The bed had 2 singles on top of a king base. I could feel the edge of the joining mattresses. Not the best for a couple! Bathroom was clean. Needed to know to bring towels for the pool. Room service provided towels upon request.

The location and accommodation was really good

I was greeted bay reception then asked to wait, the lady disappeared for over 5 minutes, then served some people beers at the bar (they had arrived after me) Eventually a different lady pointed at me and asked (to the lady behind the bar) “is this guy ok?” I was then told I had to check in at the bar. Very farcical and slightly annoying. Could’ve been a lot better handling of the situation

Spacious and nicely planned room. Comfortable with helpful fridge, microwave, etc. There is a large restaurant with okay food and a lot of selection and a pool. Nicely designed central area.

Only issue for me was being woken by noisy kids at 6am on the first morning and 7am on the second. Not sure what their parents were doing. Also, bit of a trek to get places if you come on public transport but there is a bus to the train station outside the motel.

I found my stay there to be comfortable and relaxing. Bed was great, air conditioner works well. Peace and quite

Lack of kitchen facilities, ie, chopping board and sharp bread knife. The four outlet power board did not work.

Convenient location close to the foreshore and the shops. The pool was a big hit with the g'children.

I should have stated ground floor unit, stairs a challenge. No power point in 2nd bedroom. Sliding door needs maintenance.
