Location & view was nice. Midland Gate Shopping centre is a short walk or there is a bus route on the way. We chose to walk. Reception & housekeeping staff very friendly & accommodating. Room was clean. Nice having a full kitchen with fridge freezer as we prefer to cook our own meals. Made full use of the laundry facilities in apartment. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony. My partner enjoyed his daily swims in the pool when not busy & we also made use of the small gym. Handy having the pool & gym next to each other.

We only had 2 issues with our room that didn't get fixed during our 10 night stay over the Xmas/New Year period: 1) Water was leaking from the base of the kitchen tap on top of the sink, and we continually had to use hand/foot towels to soak up the water (hence the daily use of laundry facilities). 2) The plug in the bathroom basin got stuck the first time we used it. The next day the plug became unstuck itself but unable to reuse. Due to having more of a positive experience, these issues would not prevent us from staying again in the future.

Handy location, not far from the airport with great restaurants / shops nearby and convenient when working in Hazelmere. Comfortable modern rooms and facilities. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially when I left my laptop in the car park! They were also able to look after me when I needed to stay another night when they were heavily booked.

No breakfast served or restaurant, however several cafes across the street. Car parking is a little tricky with limited underground spaces and outside car park shared with other businesses is often busy. Nearby community services have people waiting around.

I liked that they allowed pets. I liked the layout and location. The kitchen had everything you needed and the staff were helpful when we had problem s

I didnt like that people were smoking on the balcony above and dropping there ash and cigarette butts down onto our ground area. Every night i went out there there was ash and butts everywhere just glad i wasnt standing there. I didnt like that the tv didnt work properly and noone could fix it for a few days however, they did fix it and gave me a parking refund for the issue.

Unbelievably quiet, though it wasn't a weekend. Exceptionally clean. This would be a good place to stay for Airport transfers via train, as close to the Midland Train Station.

The parking. I even phoned the reception regarding the parking, as I wanted to make sure my car was off the street, if I was to book. Was told first come, first in, but plenty of spots. Alas, only about three/four parking bays at front of the motel, including disability bays. The undercover parking in the basement, I was told, was reserved for premium regular guests only. On asking where to park then; was told in general, not there problem. One new customer service personnel pulled me aside and advised that if parking on the street, make sure you are up by 6am, to move your car, as they are hourly parking slots. There is a carpark at the back of the motel, which the Shire advises you need to be up before 8 am, for a new ticket to ensure you aren't fined.

Our flight to Sydney was cancelled at the last minute so we booked this hotel shortly before we checked in. We needed three rooms and the hotel was kindly able to accommodate us and the three rooms were close to each other. There is a lovely swimming pool and a laundry room. Closeby there is a large shopping centre. The rooms were spotless and had a mini kitchenette

We couldn't get the wifi working in two of the rooms but were able to log in under the third room. The hotel isn't close to the centre of Perth but suited our needs.

The location was amazing The staff are helpful And they give you complete privacy when the do not disturb sign is up. I loved the amount of shampoo and things provided in the shower

I can't fault it in anyway It was a really great place to stay Ohh some information booklets or pamphlet left in the room would be good. That's all

No meals at hotel but their recommended breakfast cafe across the road was exceptional. Also pizza place across the road made gluten free bases so that was good too. Big shopping centre walking distance up the road and a great Japanese restaurant on opposite side of road from hotel as you are walking up towards the shops.

Was expecting underground covered ( safe) parking but none available . There is a big ( private $) outdoor carpark behind the hotel. We were lucky to score a park overnight in a spot out front of hotel reserved for nearby businesses during the day.

I needed to be close to St John of God Hospital Midlands for my sister who was in ICU. I was able to walk there in 10mins, it was a perfect location.

I was looking for the ice machine but there isn’t one however the lovely ladies at reception gave me some from their staff room.

Very comfortable and well appointed room. Location near airport is convenient. In all aspects the room met or exceeded my expectations.

The late checking process was a little problematic. I am not sure if this is a problem with the link to Booking.Com or a failing of the hotel. They advised that they did not have my contact details, although these were provided via booking.com. As such I did not receive information on how to access key from the locked box; even though I had discussed this with the hotel staff after I booked in. The night manager was very helpful, and came down at 1am to give me the access card from the locked box.

Lovely rooms with great amenities. Very quiet too. Kitchen was excellent, bed was super comfortable, rain shower fabulous. Very clean and nicely appointed.

Parking is in a car park behind the hotel. Not a big problem once reception staff explained about the App you can use. Made making a payment at 0800 the following day much easier, no need to run downstairs to pay the meter.
