The staff in every area of the hotel and restaurant were up beat and friendly. Especially only reopening the food that week. They were under the pump and handling it wonderfully. You can tell the team had good support from management to be able to keep up with how busy they were. our room was clean and well maintained so all appliances work. You be surprised how often iron, toasters or kettle are not working. this made making the kids there breakfast and snacks a breeze and last minute ironing of a work top easy. the beds do run on the firm side which I knew from staying here in the past so if you're like myself and need a medium/ soft bring a topper makes a world of difference and meant we all slept soundly. for food the first night we tried there new pizza range and picked hot honey pepperoni, Tropicana, kids. Hands down would recommend the hot honey pepperoni and the kids pizza. Tropicana I enjoyed as I love maple pineapple but was not hubby or kids preferred. the second time we got food on our stay we reordered the kid pizza and hot honey but I tried the salt and pepper calamari which was cooked perfectly was a real treat. We finished up with gelato , vanilla, double choc and berry swirl all were very creamy and delicious only note is the scoop was very small for the price. This is now my sixth time staying in this hotel but first time with the kids and will continue to recommend this hotel. The renovations has brought new life back into an already wonderful place and my kids throughly enjoyed the playground upgrade.

we had left a note on booking for a cot to be put in the room which wasn't transferred to there system. it's only a very slight inconvenience which reception handled promptly to bring one to the room. This was no fault of the staff and can see how it happened.

The new hotel bar restaurant was awesome. Considering it was the first night the staff did an amazing job getting everyone's orders out. Food was brilliant. Great job guys.

The kids play area outside in the hotel is great for them. The screaming kids in that play area at 11pm whilst you have paying guest up stairs trying to sleep is not good. Maybe the staff could in future advise parents that screaming children isn't appropriate after 10pm. I know the car parking in the secure area is first come first serve but maybe when finances become more available you could expand it out. Food for thought. Cheers.

Clean & comfy. Though we took a family room, it has a separate room for the bunk beds, had some privacy for dress change. Complimentary breakfast pack were provided & complimentary coffee/ tea vouchers were provided at a nearby cafe. Excellent hospitality of the staff.

Nothing major. Just that the small sink area had some plates & utensils for our usage but there wasnt’t any dish washer available for us to wash those plates to be re-used. As renovations is on-going, guests have to follow check-in instructions provided on how to enter the premise especially if anyone arrives after 8.00 pm.

Location to the event that I was attending was paramount in my decision to stay at the Bayswater Hotel. Yes it was undergoing some major renovations being the restaurant and bottleshop area, which was made known at the time of booking and subsequent emails from the hotel. This didn't impact my stay at all as I didn't require the eating facilities during my stay as was eating off site at the event I was attending. I was very impressed and surprised to find in my room breakfast supplies and coffee vouchers from the local cafe 3.8 - which made fantastic coffee and had amazing looking food. I cannot complain at all! Thank you Bayswater Hotel - a nice touch!

The entire room and location was ideal, clean and central to everywhere we needed to go on our trip, if you wanted to eat out there is an adjoining pub which is family friendly and serving delicious food.

A really frustrating point was because it's adjoined to a very popular pub, is that even though they have parking behind the gates for guests only we would often come back to no car park spaces available because even the guest only carparks were full.

The room was renovated and they provided a little brekkie pack for everyone as they have no restaurant at the moment. It was comfortable and quiet at night. We chose this hotel because it wasn't too far from the airport and we had to pick up our hire car from there the next day and also because we needed somewhere that would fit 4 of us.

The main problem with the check-in was the fact that the hotel's being renovated so it was a bit hard to see at night where to get into the hotel as we arrived late. Once we found where to go it was ok.

The rooms were cosy and tidy and had the necessary facilities. The prices were great value for a weekend stay at the hotel and the positive thing is that it is walking distance to the train station on the airport line. The staff were friendly and nice despite that the main block of the hotel is undergoing extensive renovation work and there was no dining in the hotel, but look forward to the renovations finishing and another visit to the new look Quality Hotel Bayswater.

With extensive renovation work going on in the hotel and also around Bayswater train station, you need to walk that little extra to get there. In addition, no restaurant or drinks were available due to the renovations, but all in all it is a good stay and the noise level was not distracting or irritating.

We have been to the Bayswater Motel many times, understand that there is a lot of development going on. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the shower head had been changed from a fixed head to one which could be hand-held. Great upgrade.

We had a carpark when we first arrived, however we went out to dinner and on our return at about 9pm, all carparks were full. I felt that there were more cars than hotel units. We have not experienced this before and had to park outside near the street.

We arrived at 9pm at the property after a long tiring day the Rottnest Island. It was such a relieved to see there is a lift so we can carry all our luggage to the rooms upstairs and get ready for an our early flight the next day. For the below $200 for 3 people with free breakfast and coffee to redeem to a nearby cafe( we didn’t get to use the coffee voucher as we were in rushed). Beds were so comfortable, property was clean.

Clean, spacious room. I was pleased to see there were refillable containers of shampoo etc in the shower. Our room was at the far end away from the pub so we had no noise whatsoever. We again appreciated the coffee vouchers for the 3.8 Cafe and had a delicious breakfast there.

Not an issue for us, but would not like to have a room near the pub as it would be very noisy.
