The location is convenient to go to airport and not too far from downtown. Property is small enough to the personable. Free sheltered carpark, if not full. Property is well maintained and clean. What’s most beneficial is the connecting rooms so that we can keep an eye on extended family yet have privacy. Like the availability of washer and dryer in the apartment. Reception staff are pleasant and friendly.

There is no convenient store around the property. Availability of food is limited unless you drive out.

This hotel was absolutely immaculate, it was clean in all areas, neat and tidy and no clutter in sight. The team that met us at our arrival were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, they assisted us with parking and any questions we had. We would definitely recommend a stay here, and we would also stay here again.

Unfortunately I found the bed a little uncomfortable. Hubby slept like a rock. Just a minor issue.

Very good location for accessing the airport for an early morning departure. Room was well equipped and bed was comfortable. Staff at check in and check out were very pleasant and helpful. Parking was convenient and no charge.

Nothing major. We had a connecting door with the room next door which allowed more noise through than without. TV at 5am not ideal but not life threatening. I would request a different room if staying again. The hotel is on a busy road so if you’re a light sleeper there is traffic noise.

The staff at Quest Perth Ascot are excellent in every way, friendly, helpful 😀 and always greet you with a smile, nothing was too much bother for them and even give us tips on places to see at our time there. We had a two bedroom appartment with a balcony and the house keeping was excellent, we got everything we needed daily. Bonus was the pool, the sun was on it from early morning until about 11.30am which suited us as we are not use to 35 degree heat, coming from Ireland.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I am comfortable with the location and there are places to within walking distance to eat. The staff is nice and friendly to talk to. Great location central to a lot of places.

No complaints but I do wish the parking spaces directly in the front of the entrance would be drop off and pick up because that part of the process gets messy with folks coming in and out and the spaces that are assigned are always being used as regular parking.

Friendly and helpful staff. A nice modern room with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Our twin room had a washing machine and dryer, plus a kitchen with dishwashers and all the items needed for a self contained stay. Secure parking was great.

The entrance and bathroom floor were mopped on arrival and by house keeping on the second day, but it left the floor very slippery and with a strong bleach smell in the room - my room mate and I nearly slipped twice. I ended up cleaning the floor myself with soap and hot water which fixed the slippery problem.

I picked this hotel primarily because it was new and offered a 2 room apartment option. And in that regard it met expectations. The facilities and building were indeed new. Aside from that the staff are also quite friendly although they denied my request to shift to a higher level apartment when I checked-in.

There's a stinky smell near the door/entry of my apartment but everywhere else is fine. Car parking can be difficult to secure at times. I stayed 5 nights and on 2 of them had to worry about parking. There's a lot of pick-ups and trucks who parked there after work, not sure if tradies stayed at the hotel as guests or the parking lots were rented out to them.

The quality of everything was excellent from bedding and kitchen utensils to bathroom. These accommodations are excellently maintained with nothing left broken or not working. Cleanliness was a cut above. The location was superb in terms of proximity to the airport, which is why we stayed. We really appreciated the sunset view apartment!

The availability of the shuttle, on weekdays only, was not clear. In the end we had to pay for a taxi to the airport.

We absolutely loved the property. First of all the service was fantastic and top class. The staff are so caring and considerate and just so lovely. The room was fantastic and so spacious. Super clean and great use of space. Loved every bit of this apartment and how it was described was exactly how it was, probably even better.

We found the bed could do with an extra mattress topper as you could feel the split in the middle which made it uncomfortable, the bed also needs brakes as anytime you moved the bed slid out from the bed head Walls are also paper thin, we had a family next door who were so loud we had to ask them to quieten down around 11pm we could hear every noise, talking, yelling etc
