I stayed in Room 4 and everything was just as I expected. The private balcony with comfy furniture was an absolute bonus as I enjoyed the 2 complimentary drinks (from the bar downstairs) whilst having the best view ever of a Perth WA sunset. Must recommend the fish and chips that I ordered from the bar/restaurant downstairs with a glass of Italian white wine - although there isn't room service, you just need to order and pay at the counter, and the friendly staff bring the meal up to your room. Special mention to the Manager David, who helped to locate and return an item of clothing that I left behind. Overall, all the staff are very friendly and attentive (especially David, the bar staff and housekeeper). Had the best sleep ever because of that comfy bed and pillows and loved how you could control your own air conditioning (plus a ceiling fan).

If you DO have a car, the parking maybe a bit of a challenge to find a spot if the hotel's free unlimited parking is full (about a dozen available bays). David will give you the best tips for parking at check-in.

Outstanding location on Cottesloe Beach, staff were very friendly/helpful and multiple bar areas downstairs with good food. Room was a little small and the accomodation area a little outdated, but overall was clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate. Bed was comfortable, good TV, Aircon/Fan. Of note, whilst is situated above the pub which can be loud, I think its pretty well soundproofed and thus didn't bother me.

As mentioned above, accomodation rooms/area a little dated. Was a little pricey for a small room. Main other concern is they didn't offer breakfast/coffee, I reckon the downstairs bar area would be a great spot for breakfast/coffee.

Great location, right on the sea front. Cottesloe is on the train line between Perth and Fremantle (just 9 minutes to Fremantle). It’s a pleasant 20 minute walk from the hotel to Cottesloe station. Or catch bus 102 from Claremont station or Cottesloe station. Also enjoyed the pub downstairs with some decent food choices and specials. Pleasant and chatty manager/owner David gave us plenty of tips on Rottnest island etc. Great breakfast at cafe nearby Il Lido, busy at weekends.

Cottesloe itself is quite upmarket, the shops and cafes near the station are too.

The view directly facing the ocean/beach is awesome. Great to wake up to the sound of the surf. The balcony furniture was very comfortable to sit out for a night cap. Lovely walking trail along the coast.

Parking may be an issue during peak season. It would be great if the hotel can reserve a few parking spots for their guests. As we stayed during low season, we could find adjacent parking.

Location very close to a fabulous beach, cleanliness of the room and premises in general, walking distance to local eating places and the excellent attitude of the staff whenever we met them, very handy there is a bar beneath the rooms.

Nothing to dislike, but perhaps a lift would have been useful, especially as we had a great deal of heavy luggage and my wife is disabled.

Location, location! Right on the beach front.Very friendly and super helpful staff. Loved the building itself. Nice bar area with free welcome drink.Close to Freo also.

The room is rather small as is the bathroom. But our room had a big balcony you could enjoy weather permitting. Hard to park, but that’s really because of the beach location. Has a 30 min car park right out front to off load your gear.

Incredible location. We book an oceanfront room so our view was stunning. The lady that runs the housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful with our requests.

Arrived after a long journey and there was no one on reception. A sign a reception with a number to call which no-one answers. Another girl had been calling / waiting for 30 minutes. A staff member from the hotel eventually walked through reception and managed to find someone to help check us in.

Great position, and comfy room. Nice to be able to get coffee and tea from bar after 11. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes a great added extra. Price was a lot for 3 star.

Not many choices around for breakfasts and no option to self cater within room. Some menu descriptions in bar didn't quite match what was served. Was looking forward to sun bed furniture on veranda for reading as per photo but we only had chairs

Fabulous location opposite the beach and near great restaurants. Close to train station. Great facilities, good bar and hotel dining. A great restaurant on site as well. We stayed here the night prior to a cruise from Freemantle. Quick Uber to the cruise terminal was $18.00. Train also available for those on a budget.

Very small room with no view. Carrying bags up and down the stairs. No one offered to carry them for us.

Incredible balcony with a great view of the beach and beautiful sunsets! Bed was comfortable and staff were very welcoming, especially giving us complimentary drinks vouchers on arrival our first night.

There was no set hotel car parking, so often was difficult to find a car park near the hotel that didn’t have a short time limit. The hotel also doesn’t have a lift, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs to reach our room.
