I have stayed here tens of times and I have always loved the place. This time there were 2 things that changed. Firstly they did not take cash. That sucks. I’m a pro-cash individual. Secondly and by far the most disappointing was the realisation that the water pressure has changed to a trickle. It took 15 mins just to wash the shampoo from hair and I had to move around just to get wet. It was also impossible to get the water temperature right. Either piping hot or freezing. I love you guys but the neo-environmentallist angle has reached the point where it is compromising comfort.

We checked in in the evening and the receptionist, seeing that we were travelling with a toddler, gave us a free room upgrade. There was generious space in the room, toilet, and the kitchenette was useful complete with the essential items. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant's laid back outdoor al fresco ambiance during our breakfast times. Overall we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Tucked in the quieter area of Fremantle, a bit far from the bustling lively scene. This was fine for us as we end the night early with a toddler. It was easy to go around with uber anyway.

the internet TV was woeful , despite resetting ,couldnt watch any SBS without fractures . The smokers corner was by the door and I started the day with a breath of stinky smoke freo and the area look a lot quieter than when i lived there ten years ago . hope it picks up and tradewinds can survive . it was a shame to see an empty restaurant with such wonderful amenities and staff

The room is quite comfortable. There is a complimentary laundry that can be used as many times as needed.

The hotel hosts private events such as wedding parties, which can be quite annoying. During our stay, there were two wedding parties on the same night, and because of that, we couldn't find available parking nearby the hotel. After talking to the manager I was able to get free parking that night. In addition, we were woken up by drunk people leaving the party late at night.

My favourite hotel in Perth. Regularly visit. Pool area lovely with pool side service and never too crowded. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious for the price. Love the location, so many restaurants and cafes, bars within walking distance including great jazz club- duke on George and best French restaurant, La Lune. They also have a few pet rooms on the bottom floor that we have used which are lovely too.

Nothing- although there is one noisy bird sometimes at night- but nothing else!

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was good.

It was very expensive for the room that we were in. Perhaps it was because we booked last minute. It had obviously been renovated in the last few years, but it was still an ordinary no frills motel room. Paying for parking wasn't ideal. The second night we found a park on the street. There was no streaming service on the TV. You had to log in to netflix using your own account. Definitely not free as indicated on the booking page.

absolutely love this hotel- the redesign is gorgeous. I stay here a few times per year for up to 6 weeks at a time. Have even used their pet rooms which work really well and are very clean and tidy too. Food is excellent and location is awesome with quick walk to the east Fremantle foreshore one way with pub and restaurants and the other way within 5 mins walk is George st with really cool restaurants and boutique stores - then about a 15 min walk to Fremantle city centre. love it!! also great advantage with free parking

Nice hotel in a convenient location close to Fremantle restaurants. The room was comfortable, modern, and clean. There was ample working space. The pool was clean and well maintained. The staff take pride in their work at the hotel.

Although free parking is provided, it was a challenge the night I stayed to get a parking spot as the hotel was full. There was alternate paid secure parking available which I will choose next time for peace of mind.

Amazing place, perfect location by the river and just a short Uber or walk to Freo centre. Cafes and a good pub within 5 minutes walk and, a walk/run along the river bank is a must. Room was a good size and I was lucky to get one with a view across the terrace. Staff are sensational. Friendly, helpful, informed. Will stay here on my next trip.

Not much really. Would be nice to have some bottle water in the rooms - almost every other hotel does.

Swimming pool, room, staff.

The evening meal we had at the restaurant. Steak was overpriced, fatty and seems trivial but they didn’t have a choice of sauces for the steak, I.e pepper sauce. Only thing about the room, was the water ran out of the shower all over the bathroom floor. Not sure if this was a tiling issue or drainage issue. We had to use the towels to try and stop all the water flowing into the bedroom. Other than that, it was great.
