Staff were very helpful and the room was extremely comfortable. The views were fantastic

We had an issue with our club access booking, which the staff handled very well. We ended up having to pay a lot more than our original booking stated which we made in March and saved hard for. The big disappointment is that when you pay that amount of money to be sitting in the club area and being told ‘that’s not included’. Everything should be included, the wines were very cheap and only passable, my husband sent one back that was not drinkable. The canapés were very nice and breakfast was excellent. I do object to having to pay a $2000 bond which takes up to 7 business days to be returned. As a couple close to 60, we’re not likely to be throwing chairs through windows. Charging .85% to use a credit card is also wrong! Considering it’s what you ask for

The service, the staff, the view from the room. I was also gifted a bottle of champagne for my birthday - a very nice touch!

I know it was school holidays, however, for a top end resort I would have liked more restrictions on the pool / better service by the pool area. We struggled to find somewhere to sit as the pool area was very busy and as many of the sun loungers had towels on we were unsure if they were claimed. When we did find somewhere to sit, we were surrounded by unsupervised children wetting people with water pistols, doing bombies and running around. I like kids, I work with kids, but when I’m paying $500 to relax, and sit by a five-star pool for a day I don’t want it to remind me of a being on school camp. Aside from the pool - we love staying at crown and will return. Just maybe not in school holidays.

The room was beautiful. We were given a free upgrade to a room with a river/city view which was amazing. The bed was so comfortable, and we had the best night sleeps in a long time. The hotel is stunning, and it is fantastic having everything downstairs. We didn't need to leave the all weekend except to go to the wedding we were down for. The pool is spectacular. The restaurants are superb.

The pool service was a little slow but it was very busy. It is all quite expensive but it was one of those weekends where we splurged so expected to pay a bit more. It was worth it as it is a fine hotel.

Excellent facilities, excellent food quality and service, fantastic breakfast, very comfortable rooms and bed. Although quite expensive, difficult to fault.

Swimming pool area a bit chaotic - very many sunbeds crammed together, unless you pay $250+ for cabanas etc. What was very frustrating was that we had close relatives staying next door at the crown metropole and they weren't allowed to use our pool or us theirs with one another. I definitely expected better in this sense. Also, arriving at close to midnight - it took us 30mins to check in as there was only one person staffing the reception, and no bell staff present when we arrived until after we checked in.

The view was phenomenal and we were there for the WWE and could watch the fireworks from my room. Looking out over Swan Lake and city on the outskirts, the bridge lit up at night...massive windows overlooking the grounds...just exceptional. The bed was massive and comfortable, great pillows. Bath was bliss. Great layout and enough room to have the whanau in there too and not be crammed. Fast room service and great sized kai. Coffee maker and bathroom toiletries. We never left our rooms unless we had too.

The price...but its what you pay for a great weekend :) Netflix would have topped it

Beautiful from the moment you pull up for valet parking to the moment you check out. The room was spacious, bright, light and had 2 large comfy double beds that are made up with sheets and duvet, large plush bath towels and luxury robes. The bathroom was spacious with rainfall shower head (great water pressure), and amenities supplied. The room was quiet and the aircon kept the room lovely and cool. The room is controlled with the tablet, and ordering room service was so easy. You received message updates on your food/drinks being delivered which was a nice touch. Check out was just a good as checking in with staff taking time to ask about your stay and going through the bill, as well as wishing you back soon. We stayed on WWE Elimination Chamber Event night, and was a perfect location to walk across to Optus Stadium. Would definitely return again.

The 'river side views' were roof tops and carparks. I know staying on and Event night is going to be pricier, however, I would maybe just take away the 'view' part from some rooms or lower the price a little. But that wouldn't stop me going back. Room service was a little pricey, but it was delicious.

Our family enjoyed the lush comforts that the Crown towers has to offer. We were well looked after by all the super friendly staff , and they couldn't have been more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional food at the restaurants and that certainly was a highlight for us . Our rooms were amazing with great views of the Optus stadium which is nearby .The swimming pool and especially the gym are world class. We enjoyed the facilities everyday during our stay at the hotel. It was a wonderful experience . For us its the people you meet on holidays that create the memories and for us it was the staff who were fantastic and always wanted to help us or have a chat . Thank you .

What could have been better was a check done or ticked off to make sure everything is working in the bedrooms after guests check out. For example we had issues with bathroom lights ( from inside the bathroom ) and the TV also didn't work at times , the shower head needed replacing . The staff were quick to respond to these faults but we felt that it should be checked daily as as a maintenance routine.

The room and the view were outstanding. Any issues we phoned about were dealt with immediately.

The prices in the poolside menu could not be justified. We ordered the $30 satay chicken which was a rip off. The skewers were so small and it didn't come with a bowl of rice (as expected), instead it came with about three rice cubes. This dish is definitely more of an entree and should be priced around $16. I also didn't enjoy that there was a surcharge at Epicurean on a Sunday. It felt a bit unwarranted given the cost of staying there already.

Bacon and egg burger not much filling for price Bun very small Other breakfast very nice and good portions

The pool area. We could not get any chairs or space around the pool. Alot of chairs didnt have people on them but People had left towels and were in pool for ages. Good thing was I asked life guard if we could sit on chairs with towels he said if they were not back at there seats after 15 minutes they were able to remove towel and let other people waiting to sit around pool. Fantastic rule Little confused of how to get to the crown accommodation via the 4 story car park in the end i just drove back to reception and got valet parking

Staff were absolutely amazing and always happy to serve. They really do go above and beyond to ensure that you are well looked after and enjoy your stay.

Only downfall in the room is that there is no window to provide fresh air in the room. The aircon air gets a bit much after a while. Also, a bit disappointing that hotel guests have to pay $65 per day to park their cars at the accommodation site. We are already paying so much to stay there, paying an extra $65 per day to park our cars is a bit extreme. To avoid this extra fee, we had to park far away in the general underground parking, then walk through the casino to get to and from our car and room each time.
