I would say that this Motor Lodge deservs 6*. Clean, good territory, good clean swimming pool. It not just a hotel near the road. It's more than this. Looks like owner really invests a lot in this Lodge and care about this Lodge.

Restaraunt was closed when it was supposed to be open. I went to reseption and asked why it was closed. They said "ah, we'll open it now". When they opened restaurant- lots of people came to eat. Seems like if I wouldnt asked to open, they didnt plan to open. Lazy service people. Restaurant is new, after rennovation. Seems like the owner of the hotel invested a lot in it. But his employees didnt want even open the restaurant. It's very pity. I hope owner will see my message.

The location, close to the airport

There’s nothing wrong with the property, just the rates is getting expensive per night, the cost getting expensive but the upgrade in rooms not worth the price you pay, for example, ( body wash, shampoo and conditioner ) those tiny bottles in the room I was in not enough for my long hair, I have to buy my own, and the room wasn’t serviced how they say, the house keeping should service the rooms daily regardless if clients checked in the night before, regardless!!! House keeping: please make sure that staff check their room number properly before open the door, I was sleeping when the maid opened the door but can’t get in, the latch was on, saying that her list says we have checked out, until I said my room number and she realised that she was at the wrong room

I had an operation due to breast cancer and stayed at Flag after that for 2 days, I felt so relaxed while I was there, I was able to have room service meals which were all delicious, well priced huge portions ! Fruit salad for breakfast $5 ! The grounds are beautiful, with a pool and loads of Aussie animals carved into trees around the place, surprisingly quiet at night..the office is open 24/7 and the staff are so helpful and friendly.. Have stayed again since then and recommended Flag to friends.This place is great 10/10

I love the cleanliness of the place. It was immaculate for an accommodation place. The bed was super comfortable. The stubby holders were a nice gift. I absolutely love the gardens out the back . The pool area was beautiful and clean. Was a little too cold for a swim. But we will definitely be back.

We thought we would try the new restaurant. We had breakfast. The couple next to us were leaving and heard us order and gave us the heads up that the scrambled eggs are very bland and dry. Unfortunately she was right. That was a bit of a disappointment. They had no flavour and dry. Partner ordered omelette of the day. It was flat and dry and very basic. The toast was dry. We weren't impressed with the food at all. But everything else was fantastic

Room Service was excellent, staff friendly & helpful, restaurant food generous portions, lovely large pool & plenty of seating in tropical setting. Shop very handy & Airport Shuttle a big bonus. Road noise tho unavoidable a bit disturbing at times as were some of the other clients thru rather 'thin' walls. Missed having a microwave, However, would stay again, thank you. 24hr Reception a reassuring support.

When l booked l filtered to include breakfast, which gave the option of $35 food credit...which l accepted. While booking out, l was being charged extra for breakfast, unfortunately the staff had no clue as to what l was referring to. I pulled up my booking to show the $35 food credit. As soon as this was cleared the staff members agreed to credit my breakfast and apologised for the confusion. Not a nice situation to be in, when staff do not know what options are available....Glad it was sorted though and still enjoyed my stay.

Simple, clean, comfortable for one night stay in Perth near the airport. Travelling with 2 toddlers and they provided nicely set up cot on arrival. Family room was big enough for 4 of us for a nights stay. Parking ample and friendly staff at reception. Robert? (I think) was friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping were honest as well, we left our iPad in the room after check out and only got it 8 days later when passing through. Thanks

Nothing but if anything, showers were the traditional dual tap that took a while to adjust to right temp.

The food was lovely, steak meals cooked to perfection. City and other venues like the casino, Optus stadium is close. Just a few minutes walk to the nearest fuel station we where able to get extra supplies like milk and surf, not to mention a BWS bottleo next to fuel station, saved us from catching a taxi or Uber. Surprisedly we couldn't hear the traffic from the highway in the rooms only voices of neighbors in the next rooms. Amazing sound sounds of the birds it's like an oasis the birds are always making beautiful sounds during the day. Lovely carvings in the old logs. Rooms where tidy, room service is consistent lovely staff members and great reception staff and service. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to families or single couples.

I would have preferred my own balcony space but was happy at the end of the trip. Patio area on bottom of buildings are shared with other guest but that was fine.

The room was very clean and comfortable and fitted our family of four very well. I appreciated the fresh milk for my tea in the morning, rather than UHT milk in plastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ironing and laundry room were also very useful. It was fairly quiet at night, quieter than I'd expect a hotel on Great Eastern Highway to be.

It's not really the hotel's fault but we arrived after 2am having flown into Perth from Bali, and unfortunately a young child with a high-pitched voice started talking outside between 7.20 and 8am and a truck was running/ warming up near our room for at least 10 minutes before it drove off. We'd arranged to have a one-hour extension on the regular check out time in the hope we'd get 8 hours sleep before our drive home to Albany. My partner went back to sleep and my children slept through both noises until after 9, but unfortunately I could not. A miscommunication also had housekeeping knocking on our door before 10am.

Room service meals were great, big portions and value for money. The pool was awesome, lots of parking spaces which is one main thing we look for in accomadation. We were in perth for the wwe at optus stadium so having a bus stop outside the motel only meters away was a definite bonus as the bus takes u right to the gates of the stadium and the bus on the way back is across the road of the motel. Also the friendly reception were very helpful with information on how to catch the bus as it was my 1st time. Will definetly stay again.

Couldnt work the netflix on the tv, but we could have rang reception but didnt, so not really their fault
