Great value for money. We stayed in a cabin. Beautiful quiet location. Lots of trees and birds. The pool is amazing. Accommodation was clean, spacious and very comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

Wifi was unreliable.

Located close to Ray Owens sports centre and also shopping centre, supermarket and eateries close by.

Not enough laundry facilities that I saw but I didn’t venture further than the pool area as that is where my cabin was. Was waiting for friends in our car at the carpark before the boom gates and was rudely told by a staff member that the car parks where we were, were not for visitors. No signage at all in this area. My partner and I explained we weren’t visitors and that we were actually staying at the grounds but were waiting on friends whom we’re staying there also as we were heading out to tea. The lady repeated again that it was not a visitors carpark and then walked away and had the nerve to tell us not to be so rude.. 😡. I know if she approached us in a different tone i wouldn’t even be writing about the incident now.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the air conditioning in every room rather than just 1 split system in the living areas.

The WiFi was unusable (not their fault, they probably paid some big company thousands of dollars for it and got ripped off) We had to hotspot off our phones to stream anything on the TV.

Our Second time staying at location over a few years. Accommodation is situated in a convenient location to suit our needs and close to all amenities . The place had everything needed to accommodate our stay , cabins are comforting and well presented 👍

I'm a professional cleaner myself so definitely Not to be picky/fussy but just a little Extra attention needed for cleaning . We washed plates before use, fan had built up dust on it but not a big deal as we never used, but filters in aircon had a small amount of built up dust. We had found a pregnancy test on bed frame under mattress. Also mattresses were a little too hard but made it work by adding own blankets etc to provide more comfort. Besides those few little things everything else was in good order and well presented. 👌😊

Our cabin was wonderful - modern, clean and comfortable. We couldn’t rate the staff as we checked in late and checked out early so didn’t have any interaction with them. I’m sure they’re lovely!

A big let down for us was the non-existent wifi and poor phone signal. We feel something should be noted on the property details about this issue to give visitors the option to stay or not, as something is being advertised that doesn’t exist.

The whole facility was clean, the staff at check in were great. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Parking was at the unit.

Some of the knives in the unit were a bit blunt, the lights at the barbecue at night didn't function, we reported this and was told they would get the electrician to have a look.

Convenient place to stay. Comfortable cabins, modern, clean, well looked after venue. Pool was lovely and deep.

The bunk bed mattress in one of the rooms was a bit uncomfortable. The other beds were fantastic. Wifi was very poor/non-existent most times.

The size of the cabin and t5he facilities provided in it were excellent. Also the pleasant response we got when we had to get the duty manager out as we did not recieve the code for after hours check in until too late i.e after we arrived

The allocation of the after hours key code via SMS was not until after we arrived perhaps allocate early in the day ?

My husband, daughter, and 7 grandchildren had a very nice stay. The highlight for the kids was the swimming pool because it was very hot the 3 days we were there. We live in Collie Southwest, so we had a very good break. Taking the kids to the zoo wasn't too far out of the way. Thank you

Only upsetting thing was the pool shutting at such an early time. There was a sign up saying pool shut after dark but was shut at 6pm and the sun isn’t going down until about 7.30pm now. Everything else was amazing
