First and foremost, the location of your hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near many attractions, making it easy for me to explore the area. I truly appreciated being able to easily access nearby points of interest without having to travel too far. Additionally, I was pleased to find that your hotel offered free parking. This was a huge convenience for me as I had driven to the area. It alleviated the stress of having to find parking and allowed me to focus on enjoying my stay. The fully equipped kitchen in my room was a pleasant surprise. It provided me with the opportunity to prepare my own meals and save some money on dining out. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. Speaking of cleanliness, I must commend your staff on maintaining a comfortable and clean environment throughout the hotel. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the common areas were always tidy. It truly added to the overall pleasant experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. It was truly mesmerizing to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning. The view enhanced my overall enjoyment and made my stay even more memorable. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude for the summer card provided by the hotel. This card allowed me to partake in various activities free of charge. It was a delightful surprise and added immense value to my stay. I had so much fun exploring the area and taking advantage of the numerous activities available

one aspect that I found disappointing was the high price of the accommodation. While I understand that quality comes at a cost, I believe that a more competitive pricing strategy could attract a wider range of guests and enhance overall satisfaction.

Check-in is on different location down the street. Procedure works very well and is communicated in advance. Our room (not sure about the others) was a long stay room although we were only there for one night. It has a kitchen with all equipment for longer stay during winter (I guess). This was our one stop heading south. Very friendly people. Restaurant is great, prices of food and drinks are reasonable. Environment is superb for running, cycling (and probably winter as well but don't know). Breakfast is reasonable but basic.

We paid well over 200 euro's for 1 night. This price might be so due to an event at that time but I believe it is too much considering all. Gym is very small (10m2) and nearly the equipment. Kaprun is an expensive area so for an overnight stay perhaps to much but the vicinity is very nice. Parking was OK but not sure if all the guest can park their car as there is space for about 15 cars (underground).

Clean room ( have slippers,cold drinks and coffee/tea machine all in good shape). close to Kaprun center. The breakfast was SUPER ! there is parking

The reception ( check in and out) is done at different location at Kaprun. I didnt see any comment about it at the booking description, only received mail a week or two before arriving. The entrance to the parking was not clear - need to insert room ticket at the top of the drive in. we received room which have door to other room - it was noisy from the other room. Room is very small.

Breakfast was very extensive and freshly prepared. There was even a slow juicer available. The cooking methods for an egg were very extensive. Very nice room and the location was great. Near the centre and ski area.

At breakfast, the staff was not always friendly. No reception available. Room keys had to be picked up elsewhere. This in itself is not a problem, but you miss the convenience of a point of contact should anything be wrong.

The apartment size was great, location was excellent, indoor free parking, great balcony view, good friendly staff and of course the availability of the handheld bidet toilet sprayer.

The bed room itself is a bit small while the living room area, toilet and balcony are huge. The house keeping is not done every day and it seems that Sunday is an off day. The breakfast was very limited and they are not using fresh eggs as it was some liquid egg mixture as well as the orange juice wasn't fresh too. The isolation between the apts was good but not good enough. I recommend them to have portable a/c units for summer seasons as they is no a/c at all.

it was exceptional, everything was perfect and great , staff, the receptionist Harry and the lady was perfect, with summer card we get everything on free , we liked the facility and the room full organized and the kitchen fully organized and equipped. breakfast was nice , location is very nice and quiet

everything was perfect, we just recommended the hotel management to change the breakfast, at least the sweet, or anything to add or change it every day ,we stayed for 6 nights, having the same breakfast make us boarded and unlike

‏We had a lot of fun, they gave us a good upgraded room with a mountain view. ‏ ‏Their rooms are very beautiful, innovative and pleasant style. ‏ ‏An excellent underground parking lot, a good gym, an excellent sauna, and the room service is of the highest quality, we would love to go back there again, thank you very much!

The whole hotel is very nice and elegant, the staff always smiling and welcoming, breakfast delicious and with wide selection of things, even freshly baked gluten free bakery. How caring. Thanks again. Room was cosy, very clean, soundproof, with well equipped kitchenette, with everything needed, available toilleteries Rituals, beds incredible comfortable. Sleeping hours from 23:00 till 7:00 am. Very good located, almost in the centre with lot of shops nearby. Small present for our journey home. Private underground garage. Hope to come back soon. Ski room, each appartment has its own locked heated place to store skis and skiboots.

We went for the penthouse which was beyond amazing. It was very spacious and the layout of the rooms was perfect for our family. Breakfast was very good and Claudia took good care of us each morning making sure we had everything that we needed.

the variety of the offer and the kindness of the staff in charge of the breakfast. What I didn't appreciate was the welcome, very poor but mostly unfriendly. We were asked to checked at the other place but with very less information; that's a pity
