i liked everything friendly staff, location, clean, perfect atmosphere, fancy breakfast and the most thing i like that the rooms has air conditioning .. because in August 2022 summer was a bit hot at the afternoon.. Today is 9th of sep 2022 , do you believe that i booked already for my vacation in August 2023 . Thank you Mountain Hotel Luis staff YOU WAS SO AMAZING 🌹

There was a little girl in the reception.. She was bad at talking and not tactful.. I reported her to the official because she does not deserve to be with the excellent workers in such a prestigious place .

A guy with no hair who is working in the restaurant needs to be trained in how to contact with customers and how to treat the guests well. Other things was good.

We booked an apartment : it was spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Bed and sofas were extremely comfortable 2 TVs, separate toilet Great choice for breakfast and food was fresh- there was even Prosecco for mimosas Outdoor pool and wellness area Restaurant is probably the best in town for dinner Nice personnel during our stay -they took care of our every need

Superb new hotel, beautiful apartment, very large, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need (2 large TVs, kitchen with electric stove, oven, espresso machine, fridge), electric outer blinds, modern bathroom). We enjoyed our meals on our large terrace with beautiful montain view. We also loved the warm water swimming pool, also with montain view. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they offered us complementary esspresso pads, and extra pads when we ran out. They also gave us summer cards to enjoy free attractions in Kaprun (including cable car to Top of Salzburg). Free underground parking (very large). We loved it!

Loved the breakfast, and in fact all of the food. There is so much to choose from and it's REALLY good. The staff was also really friendly. The room was nice, as was the spa. We seriously considered extending our stay (we stayed just one night) because the hotel was just so nice.

The breakfast was very healthy and sustainable. The staff was friendly and forthcoming. All in all, the service was excellent. The room was very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the sauna and being able to enjoy the nice panorama outside!

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from the minute we entered the hotel. The bar and restaurant were 10 out of 10 and waiting staff was absolutely wonderful! the Pool hands down was my favourite part it was so nice and clean and the view was amazing!!
