A wonderful stay in a new hotel. The reception staff were friendly, the rooms were clean with very comfortable beds, and the view was good. The location is close to activities in Kaprun. The breakfast staff give you a positive start to the day with their welcoming attitude, and the breakfast is good. Overall, I recommend staying here. Additionally, there is a bidet in the bathroom, air conditioning in the rooms, and parking available downstairs. I would also like to thank the hotel management for accommodating my late arrival and making the late check-in process smooth. Many thanks and respect.

The hotel needs to implement more security measures, such as distributing surveillance cameras across the facilities and the underground parking areas. Additionally, it is too easy for people from outside the hotel to enter, especially at night.

It is great and clean. Staff is wonderful. They pleasure to help the visitors. Very good breakfast. I advise people to reserve with complimentary break fast. Unbelievable views that you do not want to leave hotel

I rent a two- bedroom apartment “Room“. The only thing that was not fine to me, the toilet was seperated from the bath room and it was very small. I prefer to be one toilet and bath room instead of spserated ones.

We loved the room: bedroom and leaving room with fully equiped kitchenette. Perfect small spa with two saunas and outdoor pool. Even though it was august we particularly enjoyed it in rainy days. Breakfast buffet is reach and tasty with all the fixings you might expect. Had dinner at Luis Garden restaurant as well - top notch. We loved all the personnel: very helpful, attentive and efficient! The hotel is located conveniently in Kaprun village. The nearest lift is 7 min walk, other lifts easily accessible by bus

Absolutely everything perfect. clean, tidy, the apartment we stayed in is huge, the staff is very friendly, the food is very tasty and a good choice for breakfast, the hotel's position - in the city center, underground garage - access by elevator directly to the room, heated pool, sauna, relaxation room...top ten for this facility

Amazing place, well equiped, exceptional breakfast but the best thing on this hotel is the mountain loving staff. Every single one i met was friendly, helpful and in good mood, what makes your stay much better than anything else. Thanks Benedict and all of your colleagues, we will definitely come back anytime.

The breakfast was incredible! We ate so much every morning. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The sauna/steam and pool area was very relaxing. The ski closet was so convenient for storage. Parking was easy and affordable. The rooms were so clean and fresh. Loved all the views from our rooms and common spaces.

The rooms are very nice and spacious and there was all the amenities needed for the perfect stay and there was a underground parking which was big and the balcony was big and spacious the the view was breath taking I recommend the hotel for family's and the breakfast was also nice there was a lot of options available and the location was perfect it's in the center of Kaprun and all the activities are near and the staff were friendly

This hotel was fantastic on so many levels - location, comfort, food, staff and parking. Plus having air con in the room was great for sleeping. Cannot recommend this hotel enough and if I am ever in the Kaprun-area again, will for certain have this hotel at the top of my list to stay at again.
