soft comfortable bed, large clean shower that did not leak, helpful staff who kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a/c as we accidentally booked a room without a/c without realizing it.

shower was very big and clean but dangerously slippery as there is no texture on the floor, just slick plastic. my boyfriend slipped and fell and luckily did not get hurt. a/c did not really do anything to cool the room, so we ended up sleeping with the windows open which was fine.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The property is situated on a rise above Klagenfurt, some rooms have a wonderful view.

Our initially assigned room had no air conditioning. Given the heat and humidity in June, this meant this room was unbearable for sleeping. Fortunately, the front office staff allowed us to switch rooms. My recommendation for this hotel is ensure all rooms have AC.

A very beautiful hotel with modern, stylish rooms and a pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of the city, away from the center (near the lake), and offers plenty of free parking spaces. The internet in the room worked flawlessly. There was a wide selection of high-quality and fresh food for breakfast. I would be very happy to stay here again during my next visit to Klagenfurt.

Everything! The breakfast, spa area, kindness of people. Only good things to say. We came to relax and discover the area. The location was very easy to reach by transportation and the hotel included a lot of wonderful services that allowed us to completely disconnect and relax.

Big, modern room with balcony, everything looks and smells new, good breakfast with large variety, very friendly staff. I was impressed by the overall experience for an adequate price

Fantastic small hotel which is recently renovated. Amazing breakfast and restaurant. Especially the lady in charge of the restaurant in the evening made every extra effort to make it enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

A bigger gym would be nice

I recommend this Hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Concerning the room, I have seen bigger rooms, but the room has a nice balcony, which we didn't use (is February now). there is a nice view from the room, as the Hotel is located on the hills. Of course you are a little away from the city center. There is also a bar and a restaurant in a separate building. Plenty of free parking.

Very comfortable and cozy, with own parking and well furnished rooms. Kind personnel and good breakfast! Not difficult to reach by car. Also convenient if you want to visit the beach of the Woerthersee.

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable room. The breakfast remains excellent and every morning the staff had extra rolls for my daughter.

The fridge in our suite hadn't been emptied out and contained leftovers from the previous guests.

Tranquility, location, cleanliness, surrounded by gardens. Most of the rooms have incredible view to the Alps. Restaurant (on the adjacent building) with excepcional food quality with Carintia typical food Familiar style hotel with modern design
