Great shower, great bed, good breakfast. Clean and spacy room. Great locality if you need one night stop by higway to south.

Reception should be open until 5 p.m. We got even the phone call from the reception, where we confirmed our time of arrival before 5 p.m. But, by our arrival at 16:40, the hotel was closed. The phone call to the reception connected us with only German speaker in Munich, without help. After discovery of instructions by night lockers, another phone call to diferent phone number, we got PIN to open the locker with our card. There was another couple of elderly people waiting for help as well. Not welcome surprise.

The apartment was clean and well-prepared. The key was left at a special box with a private code . The sleeping things were all ready on the sofa. Those things were very comfortable because we checked-in late and we were with a child. The bath-room was clean with bio shampoo & gel. We liked the whole desing of using the space of the apartment. There were coffee & tea bags. We had extra pillows and enough space in the wardrobe. We adored the balcony. We woke up on a misty morning and it was our pleasure to go out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. Oh, we even had a bottle of mineral water of good quality. So we had one night in Harry's home and apartment and now we recommand it for staying there.

Everything was ok.

The breakfast is abudant and includes any kind of meal you get in the morning. Despite not being well located, there is a bug stop just in front (Bus 33) and with a 8-min walk you reach the tram stop to go the city center

Seemingly there was a mistake with the booking, and despite being communicated, there was a baby's crib in the room that was not removed for the whole stay. Aditionally, I do not remember the cleaning policy of the hotel but one day they forgot to pass by to cleanse the room.

The room looked great. It was very spacious and clean. The self-service corner idea seems really innovative and I would have certainly used these facilities, had we stayed for more than one night. The self-check-in was simple and comfortable.

The building is in rennovations at the moment, so it's pretty noisy during the day, but the walls seem to be pretty thin anyway. When we entered the room, we felt this strong chemical smell - the room had clearly been recently rennovated. It would have been nice if the room had been aired before we arrived.

We liked that it was spacious. It looked quite new to us. The lady at the receprion was very nice. We were very comfortable. We liked the beds and sheets. There are 2 grocery stores just next to it.

It has dark floors so every piece of dust is very visible. It makes it harder to clean the floors.

Pleasant hotel with quality equipment, comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom. The location by the road didn't matter, but it's a bit out of the way. There is a shop nearby. Good breakfast, close to the Danube and the Danube cycle route.

Nothing remarkable, but after leaving we forgot a fully equipped cosmetic bag in the bathroom. The cleaning lady did not admit to the find, which caused us a damage of around €80.. It wasn't quite right, this could have been better, otherwise everything is fine.

The hotel is located in a calm and green area, it is fairly well reachable from the highway. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and extremely well equipped with AC, water boiler, microwave, stove, fridge with freezer, plates and cutlery, everything you need for a few days. The rooms even have balconies. It really felt like home.

The only thing I could name is that the bed's mattress was a bit uncomfortable for two people.

Large size room with good office desk so that you can work properly (that's why I booked it) and modern style hotel. I book this hotel since years whenever I have business to do in Linz. It's outside the city center but I like the modern style of the hotel & the free parking. Breakfast is good quality even if the choice is limited. Friendly & helpful staff. Good value for money.

All good so no reason to complain.

I very much enjoyed the extra facilities such as the service point. I also found the staff very amicable and helpful. The price for my ca. 10 day stay was all things considered more than fair.

There were some stains on the couch and ottoman.

rooms were clean and comfy

Bought latte machiatto (3.6eur) which had absolutely no coffee in it, just milk. Informed the receptionist and she didn't even care to check, said it was normal. Also, receptionist requested double the city tax. We were 4 people, 2 rooms, so 2eur per person = 8eur. She wanted 8 eur/room, which wasn't ok. Took some time for us to explain. It it wasn't for these 2 experiences I would have given maximum review.
