Amazing hotel, fantastic facilities, stuff was very attentive, nothing was the problem. The most beautiful views, breakfast is one of the best I ever had in the hotel. The swimming pool is open until 10pm, which was great for us, as we like to have swim after dinner, most of the times at this time we had swimming pool to ourselves, during a day we never had problem with finding loungers as some reviewers experienced. Our rooms were very well cleaned on daily basis. Amazing stay, I hope for more next year

Nothing, everything was great

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the location was very quiet, central and scenic. The staff went beyond any and every expectation we had. It is the best hotel experience we have ever had in every way.

The only thing we found unusual ( for a Canadian) was being charged for tap water at meals, unless you bought a full bottle of wine. It did not seem to fit with everything else.

We loved our suite. The location is superb and the kids enjoyed the pool and kid area downstairs too.

The service in the restaurant could be more efficient at dinner & the food choices more diverse.

Room was clean with a great view where paragliders land. Breakfast was phenomenal. The sauna/pool complex were top notch- two hot tubs that were actually warm enough (unlike so many these days). Space for families (including textile sauna) and adults separate so everyone can enjoy themselves.

It’s luxurious but not stuffy. Everything is wonderful, the staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious.

No negative thoughts.

The food was very good. The nature pool is splendid. The included organized trips are very good. The summer card is a must.

The dining room was often too hot, they made no attempt to dissuade the flies, they were crawling over the buffet, tables and ourselves. The noise level changed once the school holidays started.

The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean and the staff was AMAZING! We enjoyed every meal from the wonderful breakfast each morning to the delicious dinner in the evening! The bar was great also; an intimate gathering area to relax and enjoy conversation with people we already knew and other guests we met at the resort!

just a small issue with main light in the room, we have found it to be very dark in the room even when all the lights were on.

Perfect place - good location, high standard, nice people, tasty food, everything as expected. Will definitely return.

This place is amazing!! the pictures don’t do it justice!! So relaxing. so clean! Very helpful staff!! Also the breakfast buffet (included) is the best I’ve had in Europe!!! they also had a tasty dinner & lunch buffet for a reasonable price.

A little pricey- but it was a fabulous stay.
