Charming family-owned and run hotel, providing us with an authentic Tyrollean experience over a long weekend! Spacious, clean bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, with amazing views from balcony. Breakfast was outstanding and set us up for a full day on the slopes. Excellent, friendly service from everyone, with special mention to the two nephews! Hope we can come again next year.

The swimming pool was smaller than we had hoped, but lovely nonetheless.

The atmosphere is very cosy and pleasant, ideal for families. Nice big rooms with great views. Breakfast is very good, the personnel is happy to serve even the most demanding guests. The accommodation has ski storage and a very nice spa area, with a small swimming pool. The owners are extremely helpful with information and guidance, and make sure you get the right tips for a perfect ski holiday.

Beautiful place, in a beautiful location. Walking distance from Town with all the restaurants and also from a big food shop. Easy to reach with a bus from Innsbruck, about 1 hour trip. Staff was very friendly and kind they made us feel like at home. The Hotel restaurant is amazing we had the best food and also Breakfast is very good.

The spa facilities are not open at all times so we could only use the pool but not the sauna. The water in the pool is quite cold, I guess for the benefits of cold water after a sauna, not sure but I did not like it!

The apartment was extremely well appointed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. The sauna, steam room and plunge pool area in the basement is a wonderful amenity to have on site and this whole area was also spotlessly clean.

David who took care of our dining for both dinner and breakfast was outstanding. Such a friendly and outgoing person. They’re lucky to have him.

The rooms need refrigerators to keep drinks and other food items cold. This is the only drawback to this hotel. This might impact us in our decision to stay here next year.

The staff were amazingly friendly. The food (breakfast and dinner) was beyond description, we ended up skipping meals in town and the ski resort to enjoy the food at the Viktoria Residenz. The hotel is located close to the town center and within easy driving distance of the Stubaier Gletscher ski resort.

Overall cleanliness was really, really good, but could have been a tiny bit better. There was a little bit of mould in the shower. Not much, but it was noticeable.

The manager was super sweet and accommodating. The location was very convenient! The hotel was clean and roomy. The breakfast had a large variety of options.

We never could figure out how to turn the lights on in the sauna/pool area. We searched. haha The advertised pool is actually the size of a circular hottub.

The staff was amazing! The manager Anton helped us so much with recommendations and always with a smile and a good laugh. The hotel is suited just 5 minutes walk to the center of town and bus stop, but the surroinding is very quiet.

Outstanding and spacious room, very large and super for a family with young children. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. The in house dining and meals are exceptional. We were really pleased with the breakfast, and especially the quality of the coffee and cappuccinos! The employees are very customer focused, polite, and attentive. Highly recommend.
