Place was beautiful, it is near Neusiedl lake, 10 minutes walk. Room was clean, there were towls, soaps. Staff was very kind. Breakfest was perfect, different types of food, fruit, vegetables, fresh croissants, coffee. Everything was OK.

There was so strong aircondition on breakfest, there was very cold.

Well thought out budget hotel. Comfy beds, electric sockets, storage and bathroom facities were clean and exactly what was needed. Open plan reception, bar and breakfast space was welcoming with plenty of seating and efficient attentive staff

I would have liked to make a hot drink in my room.

A hotel furnished practically and with good taste. Very clean, tasty breakfast and private parking. Polite staff. We arrived after the closing time of the reception (9pm), but I appreciated very much that our access cards were left in a safe at the entrance, whose code I received online.

Free parking, delicious breakfast, bicycle rental on property, great shower, provided a mini fan (hotel doesn’t really have air conditioning but more of a air circulation system).

A little overpriced for what you receive, but a comfortable room and cute property

Looks like a new hotel that is being well taken care of. Although not too big, the room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast had a good variety. Located in a quiet place.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the bathroom that lingered in the room

Location is excellent as it is a good walk to the promenade. They have a good variety of breakfast.

The temperature in the rooms are not that too comfortable. Bigger fan would have been perfect.

The breakfast was simple but satisfying: fresh omelette with filling of your choice, 3 kinds of veggie cuts, then 3 kinds of meat cuts and few kinds of cheeses, apples and bananas, a simple pie, very nice coffee, decent bread, butter/honey/jam, all water you want and this typical 3* orange juice i didn’t touch. Staff - lovely. Everything very clean.

There's no fridges in the room and no AC. Drinking water too warm to enjoy because of it.

Staff were very kind and cooperative. They provided all information clearly and make us felling very comfortable. Breakfast was enough , self-service and waiters were very nice, attending always with a smile in their face. Facilities are comfortable and well cleaned.

Check-out too earlier, but they offered to park the car in the parking lot while we were in the beach. It is a little expensive for a weekday stay.

It is a newly built hotel, and you can see that: the rooms, common areas, etc are all new and super clean. It has a simple design, but it is practical, and every element in the room does the job. The staff was very welcoming at check-in and attentive during breakfast. We booked last minute but got a good offer. Breakfast buffet was included, which we thought is vital. Rooms and toilet are simple but nicely decorated, and do their job. Who needs more anyway? Toilet hat soap dispensers, towels, good lighting as well as hairdryer. Beds were super comfy. One entire wall of the room was painted with a photograph of the town's lighthouse! We quite liked the lamps all around the hotel.

In our experience, everything was ok. We would not mind staying in Lake77 if we happen to be in Burgenland again. We thought that it would have been a bit pricey if we did not get the discounted price.

Very friendly staff, simple but very nice and tastefully decorated accommodation. Very close to the Neusiedler lake and the bike paths. Royal breakfast!!! Missed the fridge in the room (was not advertised though), but staff was very helpful to refrigerate what I needed to;-)
