I would definitely join one of the reviews - it was a 5-stars experience in the 4-stars hotel!! The room was pretty comfortable and warm, good beds and pillows.. No refrigerator , so we used our balcony for that purpose. Breakfasts were super! Wide selection of really quality food. Good coffee, fresh bakery ( croissants were soooo delicious) and Prosecco 😉 there was also “a la carte”, but we did not manage to try it for all those 6 days as all the rest was just great. The only one thing I would appreciate is fresh juice. Also we were there for dinners and they were one of the best we had in Saalbach ( if not the best). The SPA zone was not that big, but somehow was never crowded, felt comfortable there. Would be nice to have something like a barrel with cold water to dip there after the sauna, since there is no pool. BTW, for those who like massages : that would be a challenge to find any in Saalbach or nearby. The staff was amazing ! From the first moment till the last! We arrived late at night, let them know in advance and there was not any problem with that. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and positive , so you felt really welcome there. Front desk guys are just beyond any expectations! Special thanks to Antiopi ( sorry if wrong in spelling). Highly recommend!

The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The room was not only spacious but also comfortable. The location was excellent, with a variety of exciting activities to enjoy nearby. To top it off, the breakfast was truly amazing.

While our overall experience was pleasant, we did notice some areas for improvement. Specifically, the room's cleanliness could have been better, especially the floor. Additionally, there were some issues with the breakfast plates, as not all of them were clean.

Perhaps the hotel could explain online more about how to get to the location when traveling by train, we thought we would arrive directly at the town. But, we were about 20 minutes away, with no assistance where we arrived, and no taxis. We were luck that another traveler was in the same situation and she explained that we could take a bus to Saalbach.

Excellent location in the village within 100-200m of ski lifts, excellent breakfast, modern clean rooms, complimentary afternoon cakes and pastries

A self-service user pays laundry facility would enhance the stay. We had to drive 30min to Zell am See to use another hotel’s laundry service.

Spacious rooms, we had a lovely view of the Scattberg slopes from our room. Staff were very friendly, excellent service with everything, helpful with making restaurant reservations and advising on ski rentals and routes etc. Great selection for breakfast!

Fridges in the room would have been nice.

Room was much larger and more spacious than expected. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite modern and fairly central for Saalbach, and close to the gondolas.

Rooms were quite warm, but as expected being summer.

Breakfast was very good, WiFi in the room was also good. Nice team very good service. Hotel is located down town and close to lifts ( 100 meter).

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel equipment is new, in very nice condition. Very good breakfast (very good fresh coffee, warm croissants, on request fried eggs etc., wide choice for kids), nice sauna. Strategic position of hotel (close to town center as well as to cable car Schattberg). Room was big enough.

Although hotel is right in the center, its proximity to road could be bothersome sometimes. During our stay (August 2021) there were construction work on building right behind hotel, think this is a new lift/cable car, so there were some loud works sometimes. Cleaning were sometimes bit chaotic (sometimes were missing some towels, twice cleaning was made only from half, one day all of glasses were removed (including one which were ours :-) ) and not got back. Because there is not possibility to have a dinner in the hotel, it could be nice to have fridge in the room. Tea/coffee amenities would be appreciated too in 4 star hotel, as well as chairs at balcony

We loved our stay at the hotel - very accommodating staff and a very central location to all the skiing facilities and apres ski bars.

it is clean excellent location. It was comfortable and the reception is very friendly and cooperative and responsive. I requested a kettle and they gave me one right a way.

I wish there was a refrigerator. The parking is little walk away from the hotel.
