Breakfast and dinner buffets are lovely. The hotel is modern and clean with nice decor. Room is beautiful though the extra sofa bed a bit hard. Staff are friendly and helpful. The wellness area is nice.

I would have liked more traditional Austrian food on the menu. The children's buffet wasn't varied and could have done with more imaginative and healthier options (chicken nuggets, fish fingers, chips etc on rotation). I don't think any staff were Austrian and many didn't speak any German so it didn't feel very Austrian.

This is our third stay here and we love it more each time. The hotel is decorated to a very high standard and the rooms are a good size. Great location in central Saalbach, with excellent breakfast and evening meals included in the half board price. The wellness area is fantastic after a long day skiing too. Customer service is excellent and they even sort out your ski passes for you. Highly recommend!

It has modern amenities and very well-located in the Saalbach town proper. Several lifts are a 5min walking distance. The stay comes with a half-board (free breakfast and dinner) and there was nothing that we didn’t like. We stayed probably the longest amongst the other guests in early winter season and we never felt like we were tired of the food. It’s because the dinner menu was different every day.

An extraordinary helpful staff. Our luggage was delayed and not delivered to the hotel before a day after it had arrived the airport in Salzburg. The staff in the reception did their utmost to help us on all fronts. The area was fantastic with a lot of varied pists with endless possibilities.

We stayed in the Land haus which was in a separate building. Seemed to us like the hotel rooms which was in the same building as the reception was of a higher standard. It was informed during booking that it was the land haus but we did not realise it was a separate building.

The meals were exceptional, the staff exceptionally attentive and facilities fantastic. The location of the hotel could not have been better. The rooms were spacious and modern with all needed amenities.

Not a thing, everything was beyond expectations. I would highly recommend booking this hotel.

Very central to village. We had a suite which was very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was great with a bathtub and shower. The half board option was excellent value. Food varied and delicious.

The walk to the ski lifts, uphill, was longer than expected. The swimming pool was lukewarm and the steam room didn’t seem to get hot enough.

We had a great time at VAYA Post right before Christmas, a spacious room with a view, delicious dinner menu, and an attentive and professional staff made our stay truly relaxing. As beginner/restarter skiers, we were also conveniently located to the ski school/rental next door.

The toilet (door)! It allowed very narrow passage only, please fix it.

Vaya Post exceeded all our expectations - and we cannot wait to visit again in 2022! Room was very comfortable. Service was attentive and friendly. It has a lovely family feel. And the food was to die for - half board is definitely great value for money. The pool outside is also a highlight; great area to relax after a day on the slopes. And so magical to enjoy the view. There is so so much to say about Vaya Post… The manager Mirko is very friendly and professional - a highly skilled and attentive individual. His team is fantastic: Patrick and all. This is a very nice hotel with an excellent spa area. Hotel personnel in general are also super nice. It's not the cheapest, but is a really nice experience all in all.

Not related to the hotel itself - but the church bells right next to the hotel are a small annoyance, since they are being played every morning at 7am. Wouldn't 8am be early enough? :) It was also unusually hot (late July), so some sort of AC in the rooms would be an improvement. Luckily during the nights the temperature dropped a bit, so it wasn't a huge problem.
