The location is great! In the centre of Saalbach, very close to all the ski lifts! The ski room renovated! The food excellent and the staff of the restaurant very polite!

Someone entered our kids room at 1:00 in the middle of the night!!!! They were terrified!!!! First we heard someone shouting and banging doors and then suddenly someone got in our 20 year-old kids room, which was locked from the inside. They started screaming and whoever it was, left. Then we saw a policeman and a policewoman arresting two people. Of course we didn’t sleep that night. We never learnt who got in the room. The manager told us we were safe and for compensation gave us free parking(50€). I would expect at least not to pay for the night we lost our sleep and the invasion of our privacy!!! Let me say that it was the fourth time we visited this hotel. This is not how you should treat your clients!

Quality of food very good. Although note the Trattoria is not inlcuded in half board. This was not known to us when booking. Location great near lifts. Staff very courteous. Bar area very nice. Great kids area. Heated locker for skis.

Family room (407) was very small for family of 4. Sofa bed inadequate for 2 children (aged 8 &12) to sleep on (squeaky and uncomfortable). We had to put mattress on floor. With that in mind the price was very expensive for the standard of room. Heating too high. Not the fault of the hotel but there was a LOT of noise in the streets late in the evening. Only possible way to sleep was with ear plugs (and we were on the 4th floor).

Ever wished for a hotel where ski lifts are closer than a polar bear's fur? Welcome to JUFA Alpenhotel Saalbach, where the slopes are practically your backyard! The staff? They speak English so smooth, you'll feel like you're ordering pizza back home. And breakfast? Hold on to your knickers because you can order fresh eggs and omelets like you've got a breakfast genie at your service. Not to mention, they've got a ski rental shop just across the street offering discounts sweeter than hot cocoa. Plus, buying lift passes here saves more time than it takes to put on your snow boots. Now, onto the ski lockers—they're like magical treasure chests for your gear. And while parking might come with a tiny price tag, it's worth it for the convenience.

But hold onto your ski poles; there are a few bumps on this slope! The beds... Let's just say they're as firm as the mountain's resolve to challenge skiers. And those street-facing windows? Great for scenic views but not so much for soundproofing – you might catch a free street concert or two.

Enjoyed the hotel. Our room was spacious with fireplace (which we enjoyed - for a fee) and overall nice size room. Bar area was fabulous and used by groups. Service exceptional. Spa area fabulous. Thank you.

Dinner settting was chaotic the first (still busy) night. No one to properly seat people. Better once people left. Dinner the first few nights was lovely but then fish was dried and despite attempts at making the meals special - they were so so. Would prefer simpler food better prepared for large crowds than fancier food dried out. Staff lovely especially when there for several days.

Ski-room, Wellness area. Nice and very clean rooms. Friendly staff in restaurant and bar (little less at the reception).

Hotel doesn't have enough parking place for all guests, so if you are late, you need to search it all around Saalbach. In the room was a bit cold with no thermostat. The toilet (without a sink) was separate from the bathroom. Rooms are very different in size. However, overall the stay was pleasant.

Stayed for 2 nights , on the first night we got room 255. The bed was located just next to the elevator, it think during the renovation they forgot to do the soundproofing. You can her the elevator going up and down, while laying in bed even if someone is pushing a botton inside the elevator you can the the confirmation beep :), the next morning we got an other room due to our complaints.

A super friendly Austrian hotel, I love your country. All the hotel staff team were super helpful, but an extra special shout out to our regular waiter Andras, who was helpful, very sociable, remembered our previous orders, and just went above and beyond for us. Thank you.

Food was excellent. Ski room was good. Well-being area very good. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

At breakfast the water urn for tea always ran out and staff did not refill it despite requests. The tea area was then out of bounds for the rest of the day. No free cups of tea with afternoon snacks. It's such an easy thing for a hotel to get right at virtually no cost. Why did the hotel let itself down on such a minor point? There were no tea making facilities in bedroom but we did discover the well-being suite had tea making facilities later in the week, if you sat in there.

Great location, amaazing kitchen, and super friendly staff! Also, we loved the complimentary “apres ski” snack from the hotel between 15.30 and 16.30! Finally, the vie from the hotel was absolutely stunning! :)

Our room (404) was a bit cold and there was no additional heater that we could use. Maybe in addition to the heater in the room the hotel could offer an electric heater? or maybe change the heater to AC, as they’re more powerful. Also, the toilet had a permanent bad smell, which wouldn’t go away throughout the whole stay.

Fabulous stay, great rooms, super views, awesome breakfast and evening meals, and excellent staff team. Location was fantastic. Easy parking. Great bar and lounge areas inside and outside. Joker card was a great plus.

Nothing except, we were travelling around and sad to move on, we will definitely make sure we stay longer next time😀
