The boss, Christian, and his staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Christian was extremely accommodating to give us early breakfast knowing we need to leave the airport early the next day. Room is modernly renovated.

More of an improvement. To provide an electric kettle in each room. Parking is full during the evening from about 6 to 8 pm due to the restaurant business. Staff will direct you to park nearby and you can shift later after 8 pm.

Its a nice place in a small village, feels quite modern. The room layout was unusual but we liked it. We had a room with a balcony. Front door overlooked some cow dung but this is the countryside! We loved the place over the road where we ha breakfast. Had a lovely feel to it, and they had a lovely cat that wandered around.

Shower was open plan in the room, not for everyone that, especially when you're travelling with family. The pool looked like it had been closed for a while. Its why we booked the place,. It was raining so maybe it didn't affect our stay, but had it not i'd have been annoyed.

We were in transit so I couldn't give an objective opinion on the location. Nice room and really clean. Good breakfast. Electric charger onsite in the parking spaces.

The communication and the check in was a bit confusing and didn't feel welcomed. We arrived around 7-8 pm and in the area you don't have options to eat. The restaurant was closed on Mondays. We had to get in the car and reach a place to eat dinner.

The staff were amazing, so kind and no one made me feel dumb for only speaking English. The room was modern and very comfortable, check in and out simple, and the food at the restaurant was divine. Easy bus route to the city of Salzburg and free parking at hotel for my car. Perfect

Absolutely cannot fault it, best place I’ve stayed.

Complex consisting an older, traditional mansion and a modern one: small swimming pool, absolutely quite and clean, pleasant staff. Restaurant at the hotel offers traditional dishes for a good value for the money. We had a small issue with our booking and the staff has made great job in solving it : how to turn a minus into a strong plus!

Modern, nice, clean and quiet location

Key pick up in other building on other side of the road might be a bit confusing, but no a major issue. Need to be carefull crossing a street as it is on the bend and traffic is not very visible. There was no kettle in the room, but when asked at the reception it was provided. The other downside was limited choice of vegetarian, vegan options for breakfast, but this complain still applies to many other places

Modern building with quality materials, clean everywhere, well kept. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The apartment has good sound insulation. Nice touch with the pool, just a bit cold :)

Minor things: There were contradictory signs on the building about where the breakfast and check-in is. We got help from an employee quite fast though. No mechanical ventilation in the shower, so the steam just spreads in the apartment.

The inn is close enough to Salzburg, 5 minute walk to Unterbergen cable car and public transport to Salzburg. Vila Landlust is just front of Simmerl Gasthof, having both the same owner. So, good spot for having dinner after a tourist day in the city.

It was a friendly hotel. It was nice to stay. Breakfast is also delicious. I used the hotel restaurant on the first day of arrival and the food was excellent. In particular, the beer was delicious. Among the Stiegl beers, the unfiltered draft beer was very delicious.

Really friendly staff; food and restaurant were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and it was changed immediately, with no charge for that night. Overall a very nice stay.

Crossing the road from the new part to the old (for food) was not marvellous. The rooms opened onto walkways that might be cold in winter. We were occasionally treated to Landluft from the farm next door; this might be offputting for some people.
