Its a nice place in a small village, feels quite modern. The room layout was unusual but we liked it. We had a room with a balcony. Front door overlooked some cow dung but this is the countryside! We loved the place over the road where we ha breakfast. Had a lovely feel to it, and they had a lovely cat that wandered around.

Shower was open plan in the room, not for everyone that, especially when you're travelling with family. The pool looked like it had been closed for a while. Its why we booked the place,. It was raining so maybe it didn't affect our stay, but had it not i'd have been annoyed.

Modern, nice, clean and quiet location

Key pick up in other building on other side of the road might be a bit confusing, but no a major issue. Need to be carefull crossing a street as it is on the bend and traffic is not very visible. There was no kettle in the room, but when asked at the reception it was provided. The other downside was limited choice of vegetarian, vegan options for breakfast, but this complain still applies to many other places

Modern building with quality materials, clean everywhere, well kept. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The apartment has good sound insulation. Nice touch with the pool, just a bit cold :)

Minor things: There were contradictory signs on the building about where the breakfast and check-in is. We got help from an employee quite fast though. No mechanical ventilation in the shower, so the steam just spreads in the apartment.

Really friendly staff; food and restaurant were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and it was changed immediately, with no charge for that night. Overall a very nice stay.

Crossing the road from the new part to the old (for food) was not marvellous. The rooms opened onto walkways that might be cold in winter. We were occasionally treated to Landluft from the farm next door; this might be offputting for some people.

Lovely location and staff. Rooms were modern and very well presented.

No provision drinks or fridge in the rooms meant a trip to get a drink after a long journey. Only 1 window in our room made it very difficult to keep cool on hot nights. Watch out, Monday and Tuesday is Ruhetag.

The breakfast, the position of the structure (25-30 minutes by bus from the city center) and the almost "brand new" room.

The check-in, it wasn't clear that we had to chek in in another bulding, so we arrived at the Villa but we couldn't find anyone in the structure. After calling a number we were told to go in the other bulding in front off the villa, just crossing the road.

Super comfortable bedroom, I had 311 in the new annex. One of the best beds I’ve experienced in a long time. Spacious and private terrace with lovely view. Powerful and plentiful shower with rain shower head. Very modern but comfortable. Across the street, the locally popular restaurant and beer garden with a big and varied menu, my dinner was delicious and the service prompt and friendly. I had my bike with me and I enjoyed very much the countryside and canal side ride into the heart of Salzburg. I rode beyond the city along the Salzach River for about 12 kilometers, this was just heavenly. Breakfast was delicious and I had scrambled eggs beautifully prepared at no extra cost. I loved my stay.

Very comfortable room with a wonderful private terrace which made the room seem so much larger. excellent shower. We ate at the nearby restaurant and it was superb. Breakfast also very good with excellent eggs to order. I will absolutely return.

traffic. a lot of it. would be nice if the town would help in this regard. definitely need a pedestrian crossing.

We got the very large room with the cow on the shower, so including a large balcony. At breakfast the choices might be considered limited but everything they offered was fresh and plenty of variation in it. That and the excellent coffee made the stay even more enjoyable.

Just a small suggestion concerning the parking lot: try to avoid people/ guests from the restaurant using the parking spaces for the hotel guests. If you arrive late at the hotel, you have a good chance of not being able to park.

They are located very close to public bus lines and travel information. Also Salzburg Untersberg cablecar is close to this hotel.

They are sharing parking lot together with restaurant, therefore I could not find parking place almost every evening.
