The cleanliness is absolutely spot on! The staff is really lovely and helpful, the restaurant briliant food and briliant service. Also very good location close to a lot of shops. The bed is so comfortable the only thing that i don't like is the fact that there are 2 single beds together and as a couple it was a bit uncomfortable but very, very comfortable bed pillow and cover. I absolutely loved the covers

Don't forget to put your Do not disturb sign on the door otherwise you will wake up with the cleaner in your room

I will give a 10. Nice, very clean, good breakfast (11 euro/person), free parking surveillance video, really nice personal staff. At reception were open till 00:00, so if you arrive late in the evening is a plus. Also you can serve dinner till 22:00. Breakfast was from 06:30-10:30. Free good wi-fi. The elevator is opening in the parking also. Fast response on booking messages. The hotel is 3km away from highway. Close to the hotel is a gas station ⛽️. Definitely we will make stops here in the future. Thanks 😊

My husband and I are in transit a lot through Germany and we have a hard time finding hotels with 24h reception desks. The reception desk machine here is incredibly easy to use and we are greatful for the option. The parking lot was big and we were presently surprised to realise we can see our car from our room window. The room was very quite, shower had great pressure, the pillows were some of the best i ever slept on. Breakfast had a lot of options, i expecially loved the fruit bar, and very good coffee. We will definitely come back.

The check-out at 10.00 is TOO EARLY. The place is next to a highway, people as me drive and select this place to sleep and rest enough to continue the journey. Since I did not have enough time to sleep due to having unexpected complications during the trip and late arrival, I will look for the other place next time. CHECK OUT IS TOO EARLY (12.00 would be perfect). Otherwise, all other things are good.

Due to massive delayed on motorway on a way to the hotel we came later that we scheduled to and receptionist proceeded our accommodation paperwork of his overtime. He should finish his shift at 10pm and was ready to leave but he has no problem at all to help us as we came in to the hotel after 10pm. He was very friendly and kind. He is the best example for all your future employees. We have been impressed as well by the service on your terrace - restaurant. All staff spoken English which was absolutely appreciated by us as we speak German just really little bit.

We loved absolutely everything....

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. It is absolutely everything you need for an overnight stay during a longer trip: great location, easy, automatic check in 24/7, quiet, clean, super comfortable beds and convenient washrooms and an excellent breakfast. Also, the staff were very polite and we could even check out half an hour later with no extra charge.

The breakfast was still amazing, but it had been a bit better the last time we'd stayed (more varied and more organic products)

I really like this hotel, even though is located a bit far from the city center a bus and train stop is close by. I loved the roof top with nice breakfast buffet. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly and she speaks great English. Thank you for nice welcome. And the AC works very well which was great news with 34 degrees outside. I also loved the map and a water bottle in the room.

I wish the restaurant is also open on Sunday evening but it was closed. There are not many restaurants around.

Hotel is located close to the highway, which was important for us. Hotel is easy to reach with plenty of parking spaces around the hotel. We arrived late, so check-in was done on a machine and it worked. Rooms were clean, modern and quiet. Definitely recommended for overnight stay.

Selection at breakfast was not the best, only few options to choose from. Check-in machine worked flawlessly, but it is outside. We arrived late, with a lot of wind and snowing at that moment. And machine asked us to enter address and a lot of other data. We could have sent the data upfront and just get the key with few digits. Also, a little bit pricey for my liking, but that is relative. If breakfast would have been better, rating would be 10.

We were passing through Austria and needed a place to spend the night. The hotel was perfect - reception worked till late and they also had a self check-in option, the room was cosy and clean, the bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant/bar where we could get dinner. Overall we had a great experience and it was great value for money.

fast to check- in, clean, enough space in the room, big shower in the bathroom, very good breakfast ( as we think) they have a lot of different veggies, cheese and bakery..👍🏻 we stayed in the hotel less then 12 hours, but we slept, had a rest and were very happy to eat healthy food.

we arrived late, nearly midnight, the hotel is closed. you have to go through the registration procedure with the machine at the entrance door. but because we didn’t book it directly but booked the room with the booking com it was not possible. then the staff came, so it took extra 15 min
