A beautiful hotel set in great location. I believe only opened 12 months earlier and it shows. Spotless throughout. The Coldplay guys were staying here whilst playing Vienna so says alot about the quality of this place

The spar pool is too cold and not pleasant to use. For some reason they do not restock the mini bar or the tea/sugar. Very odd. With almost all 5 star hotels, complementary water is the norm yet I was charged €18 when I asked for 2 bottles for the room!!! Very annoying!

Superb location. New and very clean hotel. The room was huge and very clean. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. The minibar items were complimentary and were replenished daily.

First of all, we booked a Junior suite and when we arrived were told that we were being upgraded to a 2 story suite. Now that sounds larger than it was but it was plenty roomy and lovely. The room was totally clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was fantastic for such a walking city....and easy access to train for longer treks. It rained quite a bit and they were there with the umbrellas for us to use all day. Whether it was doing laundry or arranging a car, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered the name of the girl at the front desk for a shout out. Danny worked the door and was very helpful

The location is mesmerizing right in front of a green beautiful park , the service you get from them is beyond reality ! If I go back to Vienna , Almanac will be my choice for ever ! When you enter you room you’ll fall in love with a huge room with your private walk in closet and of course a fancy washrooms ! You don’t expect but when you go out they’ll come and do the room service again and again not once a day ! If even you go out 10 times a day while you’re back your bed is made no matter what !

Got in late on Friday night and was delighted to hear that breakfast is served from 7am to 2pm. It meant a great sleep was had in huge comfortable bed without the worry of sleeping in and missing breakfast.... finally awakened at 12.30pm (the blackout blinds were super), well rested and ready to enjoy breakfast without feeling rushed. We were given an room upgrade on check-in and found a lovely amenity in the room with personalised note - nice touch and greatly appreciated. Shops, bars and restaurants all just a short walk from the hotel (if you don't want to use the hotels facilities), catering to a variety of menus and budgets. The metro / trams and transport options are all accessible from the front of the hotel.

I didn't like having to check out at the end of my stay.... would have loved to stay longer.

Great location, close to everything, nice restaurants nearby, amazing building.

The location is good, A beautiful and well-maintained ancient building. The room is large and comfortable. There is a nice gym, a heated indoor pool (we didnt use) and changing rooms (it was nice to freshen up before our flight in the evening). Good coffee at the room.

Although we arrived at 6pm, our room was still not ready. The staff tried to delay the check-in process and it was extremely slow (we were told that they didn't have time to clear a bed of the previous guest). What we entered the room there were still leftovers from the previos guest. . The hotel doesn't have a nice place to sit (a lobby) but only the bar (not really relaxing). The room we got faced an inner courtyard, there was no air, other rooms actually watching into our room, so there is no privacy and you cannot open blinds, and certainly no view. The price is really high over 500 euros per night.

The administrators at the reception changed the room, since the Suite did not meet our expectations, and found the optimal solution for accommodation. Breakfast was delicious and service was fast. The room had good, high-quality cosmetics.

We were not greeted or helped with our suitcases at the entrance to the hotel. The suite was a dark, small room with low ceilings and windows overlooking the courtyard. The smart home system is inconvenient. Hygiene accessories were not brought daily. The minibar was not replenished daily, I had to call the reception several times asking for water or a breakfast sheet. The kettle and coffee machine seemed inconvenient to use. Every time food was delivered to your room, they forgot to bring something. For example: the children ordered cereal with milk. The milk never arrived. Information from the reception was different at different times, it was difficult to get through from the room.
