A nice little family owned accomodation on the outskirts of Wien, but easily reachable with public transport. Breakfast was good, with some quality items (don't expect a huge variety, but that is reasonable here).

If you are not coming by car, prepare for some walking (not an issue for me, but worthy to note). You will hear some noise from the corridor / courtyard, but nothing crazy.

This place was truly a gem. Upon arriving, I was impressed by the uncomplicated check-in, the clean rooms, and the a/c unit (which was amazing considering how hot it was). After a great nights sleep I was prepared to leave an amazing review but then there was the breakfast. I honestly can not say enough good things about the breakfast. The owner went out of his way to accommodate my lactose intolerance by buying me separate lactose-free dairy products and was so attentive in general at the breakfast. The atmosphere was also very friendly and family-oriented and I was pleased to be greeted by the dog and the owner’s son during my stay.

The only thing is maybe the location is a bit away from the center but I have to say the bus and U-Bahn connections are quite good so it’s not too hard to get into the city.

The location is far from the airport contrary to initial expectation at the time of online booking highlighting risk of online booking. Breakfast was manageable.

I smelled some leftover smoking odour. But the room is great. Location too. I wished I had known that it is not close to the airport.

The single room was surprisingly big and had a very clean bathroom. Breakfast had good basic options and the ingredients tasted fresh. Owner was friendly and welcoming. Very good price.

The room is right in front of where the breakfast is served so it was a bit noisy at times. It's in the outskirts of the city, so it takes half an hour (± 5 min.) to get to the city center.

Peace and quiet. The room and everything about the building were excellent.The property is on the edge of Vienna in a quaint village away from the crowds of tourists.. There are some very good local inns too for a drink or an evening meal. The price was very good value.

The breakfast was slightly limited, but it really wasn't a big deal.

Unfortunately during our stay there wasn’t enough liquid soap in the bathroom dispenser.

No city life here. I took subway and then bus to get here, even though, I was traveling alone, I felt perfectly safe. There were children playing in the courtyard. My room was small, but had everything I needed, no complains. Staff was super nice.

Very kind Family, helped us in navigating to the city center, what ticket we schould buy fot the metro, check-in / check-out was easy, very good brakefast :)

Everything was fine

It is far from the city center but public transport is easily accessible, the hotel is very clean and in a village-like and very quiet location, the room light is dim, breakfast is enough to satisfy hunger. It was good to provide the basic needs of the traveler And I think it's irrational to spend money, which has some cultural roots. In general, I choose this hotel again.

Host was extremely kind and accommodating, ready to answer any questions. The location, although somewhat removed from central Vienna, was gorgeous and very well-connected via public transit
