This is the only hotel we've stayed in as an "airport stop-over" that I'd have liked to stay a bit longer in! The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, bed very comfy, room facilities great, it was very quiet and the breakfast superb. We had contact with the staff by email before arrival and they were very helpful and responded quickly. The staff on duty at breakfast were excellent too. It's a very convenient location for both airport and the city and the secure parking was a major bonus for us. We had a short visit into Vienna and the train station was less than 10 mins from the hotel, straight down the road. In short, it was perfect for us in every way.

Nothing about the hotel itself. We weren't sure of the area of Schwechat as we'd never been before, but it seemed ok - typical city outlying region, so not the most attractive, but that's not the hotel's fault!

This was a great choice for my family to stay the night relatively close to the airport after a late arrival. The system for leaving room keys after hours in a box next to the hotel entrance worked well. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly stored our luggage for the day while we were in town.

Our room had a very small window and was rather spare and we could hear someone snoring in the next room. The bathroom was compact with a sink that was a bit smaller than was convenient. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station.

The hotel is very well located for Vienna airport. I was able to get there by train in 16 minutes having landed in Vienna after midnight, and it's a short walk from the station. A taxi ride is also very easy - 10-15 min from the door to the airport. Breakfast exceeded my expectations - way better than going to an airport cafe, and good service. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Would happily stay there again if need an overnight stay in Vienna. Self check-in at night was super-easy.

The toiletries provided were basic (no shampoo), but it wasn't a problem for me.

Well the room had everything we wanted, the room was affordable, great value for money, it was clean, tidy, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, it is very near to the train to the airport and city center, there was shataf in the toilet 😃

Well, not much, there was a bad smell when entering the reception, the bed was 2 beds joined together which was not comfortable, the covet was split to 2 as well.

Staff was extremly friendly! We forgot to put back our cards on checkout and took them with us on accident. Staff said to just mail the cards whenever, it doesn't have to be now, no problems. Hotel ist also small and compact, you have no trouble finding breakfast rooms.

Our window was towards the street, sadly the noise isolation was sub-par. For me, that is a problem because i am very senstive to the noise floor. Expecting it, i brought noise protection. The noise isolation to neighboring rooms and the hotel floor is excelllent however! What was kind of weird is that the toilets were really high up. I would consider myself as having average leg-length and i could only barely touch the floor with my feet. That felt kinda weird.

I arrived very late at night (after 1am) as my flight was delayed. The hotel is conveniently situated near a station where the airport train stops and has a key safe where the eky to my room was left, with a label. The room was compact but very clean and pleasant with toiletries available. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and you could ask for a variety of cooked egg dishes. Altogether very pleasant and convenient stay for one night.

Breakfast was good, & coffee served with style. We took the train from the airport & walked 10 mins to the hotel. Did the same in the morning to catch our flight. It worked very well, except that we had a difficult time figuring out which train to take from the airport. ( we do not speak or read German). We are from Canada & will likely use this hotel again.

The picture on the wall in our room was a sketch of a nude girl with breasts & pubic hair. Our son & family are travelling next year probably through the Vienna airport. He has 4 young girls age 5-9. He would not want to stay in a room with artwork like that on the walls. Otherwise we were very happy to find this hotel

If you want to visit the Vienna, it's quite far away. There's no reception during weekend afternoons so we had pick up key cards from a box. This is understandable, though, and we did get a description of how to reach the parking with the key cards. It would be good to have some more information on that page: like phone numbers to call if you have trouble with anything. For example we had a little trouble opening the door of the room with the keycard. We got in eventually, but I would have liked a number to call if I couldn't get the door opened.

The placement of the hotel is very close to the airport. Even in the centre of the town, it was very calm in the night. At the time of arrival, the reception was closed but the communication about the key pick up in the box was very clear and I appreciated the checking of understanding of the key pick up by SMS (very solicitous). The room was basic, very clean. The breakfast was a buffet one with everything you can imagine. I fully recommend this hotel without any doubts.

stayd on the ground floor and there was a bit of mould in the shower, most people would not notice but i can not sleep too well when that is the case. if this was fixed I would have given full rating on all categories and even asked for eleventh star for breakfast.
