Very equipped and cozy apartment at an excellent Location for a very good price! Big recommendation. We stayed for 3 nights and it has everything you need, bathroom, kitchen, large bed with all accessories and the apartment size is fairly big. You get also coffee machine with capsules which is a great plus. The Location is more than good since it is 5 minutes away from U3 and you can get to city centre in 15 minutes. There are some good pubs and restoraunts around the block as well. You also get access to luggage room with a keylock so you can leave your stuff on departure day and still use that day to go out before your trip back. The host was amazing and we got everything we asked and they were very nice and kind. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll be back if I am in Wien any time.

If you wish to cook or wash your clothes you must buy a detergent or oil, or bring it with you.

Jimmy's apartments was an excellent choice for our week-long family stay in Vienna. It was perfectly clean, it has everything we needed, the couch was very convenient and large enough for two kids. The lounge and luggage storage rooms were life savers for an early arrival. All was very easy to use, including the self-check in process. The location even though it is slightly far from the center, it has train, tram and metro stations within 5 minutes walking distance. It takes 20 minutes train trip to airport and 25-30 minutes by metro to most of the sights. Supermarkets are super close to the place too.

It had just 4 nespresso capsules of the type which was not available neither in nearest shops nor in the vending machine as it was promised.

Everything.. 2 minutes walk for the s7 train that connects you to the airport. 5 minutes walk for the U3 metro line that connects you with all the city. Clean and hot room. Amazing. The best choice.

The location was very well connected. Many supermarkets in the neighbourhood. The apartment was well equipped.

Check in was not very smooth...and though we asked for early check in and it was confirmed to happen...we received our key card at 3:00pmand lounge access at 9:00 am after a phone call. The bathroom definitely needed more light. A long mirror is needed or even any mirror cause there's only a mirror in the bathroom. The Ac made very weird noise. Some of the staff were not very nice when we asked for coffee pods they said only 4 and replenished weekly,while our reservation was for 4 ppl fr 6 nights ..Moreover the coffee pods aren't compatible with those in the market as they are buisiness machines ,however finally one of the staff was very nice and gave us what we needed. Other than this the place is very very nice.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Quiet area, you feel very safe. Very easy to check in and check out. 5 min. walking to either Enkplatz or Zippererstrasse U3 subway line - 9 stations to city center Stephansplatz (max 20 min.). You can find supermarkets and also very good sandwiches for breakfast at "Der Mann" on Simmeringer Hauptstrasse (on your way to the subway station). If you are traveling by car, you can unpack in front of the building, and then drive to WIPARK Parkgarage right next to Enkplatz U3 subway station - 9.90 EUR/day - clean, safe, spacious.

The train station to/from the airport is very close, a 3-minute walk away, and the noise from the train traffic in the room is not audible and does not disturb at all. Getting to the city center is very convenient from the metro station, which is a few minutes' walk away. There are LIDL grocery stores near the railway and metro stations if you need something. The room (Executive 1-Bedroom Balcony) was clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need, the bed was very comfortable. Access to the building and room with a door code, which I find very convenient.

There was nothing that could be described as a bad experience

Very good location, 5 minutes from the tram and metro, enough space for a family with 2 children and equipped with almost everything necessary. Liked in general. Good coffee machine.

Unfortunately the coffee capsules were only for two days even though our stay was four days. They could be made available at least for a fee because I couldn't find them in the market. No one picked up the trash for 4 days and the towels were not changed at all. No one entered the apartment. The sofa bed creaks very loudly, it should be changed.A broom in the balcony for daily use would be very useful. There should be at least 2 days for garbage collection and towels changed at least on the 3rd day. It's just a tip.

Location is good! A 7 min walk to public transportation, with many supermarkets and restaurants around. Most of all, a 2 min from the train station to the airport! But we didn't hear the trains at all (probably because we had AC on with all windows closed) There is a washing machine and a dryer free of charge in the lounge. This is a greay bonus! There are also fresh towels and free coffee in the lounge. The beds and duvets are comfy!

Cleaning was aweful! The floor was very dusty and we had to mop it by ourselves when we arrived. Otherwise, our feet and socks would be very dirty! Plus, the cushions and pillows were dusty too! We had to double check all the beddings before we dared to lie down on them. I wrote the feedback sheet on the desk, but doubt if the housekeeper would submit it to the management. It's nice that there is a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee pods were far from enough! We 4 people stayed for 4 nights but there were only 4 pods during our stay! Although the customer service told me that we could drink as much coffee as we'd like in the lounge, it is just not the same! We paid the same room rate every day, so there should be the same service every day. This is so common sense.

Contact/communication with the owner was very good. All information related to accommodation and departure was provided on time and was very accurate, so there was no problem finding the place. Access to the building and apartment with codes. The apartment like in description. Good location, quiet area, you feel safe. Nearby shops (LIDL, BILLA, etc.), public transport within 10 minutes walk (metro, trams, also close to the regional train station) Easy access by car, you can drive up to the apartment to, for example, unpack. (parking e.g. Enkplatz metro station (8.90 EUR/day - clean, safe, spacious, 10 minutes walk) - To the center / important attractions directly about 20-30 minutes - by metro (station 5 minutes walk) or tram (stop 5 minutes walk). Equipment - spacious, very good standard, clean and pleasant, air-conditioned, comfortable beds, full kitchen equipment as in the description. There is also a balcony. Highly recommended and we will come back if we are ever in Vienna

The apartment was perfect, like new. There were all the necessary utensils to cook and the best thing is that there was a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets available for all days of stay! The apartment was very conveniently located in terms of being very close to the metro and the train that takes you to/from the airport. The journey to the center was about 15 minutes by metro. Also, in the neighborhood there were very close supermarkets and various shops to get take away schnitzel, pizza or kebab etc. If you arrive earlier than check-in, there is a private keyed area to leave your luggage in the basement. We also really appreciate the fact that while we had a problem with the kettle, the owners replaced it within a day and at no extra charge.

The pillows were huge and uncomfortable I would say. Also, more hangers are needed in the bathroom as well as in the entrance. It would also be perfect if there was an oven in the kitchen...Unfortunately the hair dryer was of poor quality or defective and I could not straighten my hair. Every 2 seconds it shut down due to overheating...It should definitely be replaced
