Bedding truly uncomfortable, excessively following dynamic pricing, more profit than customer oriented, no service provided during the stay not even removing trash

The rooms are fairly large and comfortable and clean. The location is great, so close to the metro. The upstairs space and gym are great. We used the washing machines and they were very reasonably priced.

The reception being on the 7th floor is quite impractical - if you need anything you have to go up and then back down, often past your room. The rooms are cool and a bit novel, but what this means is there is no where really to open your suitcase, I can see this works if you’re staying longer term and unpacking but for a short trip this was very impractical. The hotel has bikes to hire but €19 a day with no shorter option (e.g. half day) is very expensive

The apartment is well organised and comfortable. The bed can be reached via a staircase and is located in an alcove above the apartment level. It is a little inconvenient to get in and out of bed for the person not sleeping next to the stairs. The bed is comfortable, a little too soft for my taste (but I may not be objective as I sleep on a fairly hard mattress at home). The apartment is well equipped and if you need anything, there is a pantry on the floor which is opened 24/7. Check-in is easy and efficient (on the 7th floor). The car park is right next to the apartment building. The Prater is just a few steps away, which you can hear when you open the window :) The U2 underground station Prater Messe is just around the corner, while the underground station Praterstern (U1 and U2) is only about 6 minutes walk away. A well-stocked Billa supermarket is only 5 minutes away. You can have your meals at ZOKU on the top floor or opt for a meal in the Prater, where you will find all kinds of bars and restaurants at reasonable prices.

The temperature in the apartment can not really be regulated, although the air conditioning claims it can be adjusted by +- 3 degrees. Even if you switch off the fan, it still works. You can always open the window if it's too hot, but then you have to put up with the noise (usually screaming :) of the Prater during its opening hours. The crockery in the cupboard was not clean. But there is a dishwasher, so the problem was easy to solve.

Zoku Vienna offers a unique and modern concept that we really liked. Staying there is an absolute mood booster! The loft-style rooms are cleverly designed, making them both comfortable and functional. The hotel's shared spaces, like the bar and lounge, are ideal for relaxing or working in a casual atmosphere. Rooftop bar offers nice views over Prater. Extra bonus -> a locker room with showers and toilets! The location of a hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to key parts of the city via public transportation (metro within a walking distance).

Hotel doesn’t offer daily cleaning services. They only clean the rooms every three days. And they also do not clean common spaces that well (there was a big sticky stain at the entrance to our floor staying w/o anyone attending to it for 2+ days). Rooftop staff is super slow! Contrary to the rest of the room, bathroom is not user friendly at all (i.e., there are no shelves or hangers to place personal belongings & water drainage in the shower not working well). Additionally, AC is rather strange, no much control over it. And no coffee refill in the room. Lastly, parking is a rip-off, even with the hotel's preferential price (which U have to organize at the reception / which doesn't exist).

Staying at Zoku is always a fantastic experience. Having been to the one in Amsterdam before, the one in Vienna felt strangely familiar and yet distinctly its own vibe. The staff was lovely, we receive a free upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The Brunch on the weekend was very tasty (Their bread and Avo on toast is delicious). The access to the Gym and cosy co-working upstairs all contributes to the experience. It's well connected to the city center with the Metro and next to the Prater which is nice for a stroll in the evening. Thank you Zoku team for the great time.

The breakfast on regular weekdays could really benefit from having 2 or 3 of the best items available. At the moment the buffet is not including several of the best breakfast items nor good coffee from the bar.. (only from the automated machine). Knowing how great the Bunch on the weekend is, it was a bit of a let down. We don't need much food, only a few great items. As my 2 cents for the Zoku team. I would focus on giving a great breakfast and good coffee to each guest.

Stayed here for a second time - still like the place very much. Cozy room, super comfy bed, quiet at night, good sleep. Breakfast is great. Location is right next to amusement park over the river from the old town, it takes around 10 mins to get to cathedral by metro (with one lines change)

Coffee is not the best at breakfast. You can't turn off an AC in the room, and it's a bit cold for me (22.5C)

It's a very cozy place with a nice location. 3 minutes walk to the underground, a variety of supermarkets nearby as well as Prater and a big park. The kitchen is small but I'd found everything that was needed for cooking. If it's not in the room, you could take it in the special room on your floor - very convenient. Enough of a place for work in the room, and it's quiet even with the open window. Stuff is very friendly. It's possible to print out a boarding pass.

Breakfast is good but too expensive in my opinion. Evening cocktails also. It's easy to find the same cocktails in the center of the city much cheaper. The gym is too small with a limited number of equipment. For 1 person it's OK, but if there are 2 persons it will be a mass.

This hotel is a short work from Messe Prater station or accessible via S7 train from the airport to Praterstern. We loved our living space and cosy bed area. During the day it can be a little loud with the screams from the local theme park lol. The rooms are well equipped with everything you might need and on each floor there is a pantry where you can find towels, bedding, kitchenware. The rooftop bar is a must-try but it can be busy in the day with business visitors. They have an amazing locker room for your luggage which has its own shower and bathroom.

The toilet roll! Which is surprising as the toiletries are lovely and we were tempted to buy a bottle but couldn’t carry more than 100ml.

Second time staying at Zoku and it was perfect like the last time. The loft rooms are so cool, they have everything you need, such a great concept and use of space! Even a 1.5-year-old toddler enjoyed the space - especially the swings on the balcony. The location is ideal, a great rooftop overlooking the Prater amusement park (very special!) and right next to the Prater green park which is great for morning walks/jogs. The breakfast as usual is perfect! Laundry room downstairs and they have a great luggage storage/shower room that makes check-outs seamless during long travels. I will be booking Zoku again for my next Vienna trip! I recommend booking early as they tend to get expensive closer to the time!

There's a 15 Euro extra for late check out for 2 hours (which is perfectly fine). As a suggestion, if you want to go the extra mile, that can sometimes be excused, especially for rooms booked with very small kids.

The loft it was amazing. The seating area is absolutely magical. The rooms in the bed. Comfortable easy to access everywhere generally great we loved it. I would recommend the game.

The staff were wonderful—consistently kind, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, and we enjoyed it every morning, although the variety could be improved, as having only four choices each day felt a bit limited. Expanding the options would enhance the overall experience. That said, we felt that the interactions lacked a personal touch and warmth. While the staff were always smiling and professional, it sometimes felt as though they were simply following instructions rather than genuinely connecting with guests. A more personal approach, such as a warm farewell or thoughtful gestures, would go a long way in making guests feel truly welcome and valued. These small changes could turn a great stay into an exceptional one.
