The family room was as pictured. Not huge, no frills, but beautiful and cosy, with nice lighting, a balcony, a "hidden" passage to the ladder leading to the top bed, and lots of fun for the kids. One odd thing is that the shower space is only separated by a curtain. It's a heavy curtain, and it's opaque, but odd that there's no door that you can lock. There's a separate toilet with a door of course. The entire place is beautifully designed, from the loby, to the elevator area and the elevators themselves, the stairs, the restrooms at the restaurant. Lots of surprises and small details to linger on. Breakfast was the best thing about the hotel, which is saying something. There's a great selection for kids, and ours loved the pancakes with all the toppings (including maple syrup), orange juice and hot chocolate. We loved all the different salads, babaganoush, shakshouka, hummus, labneh etc. The view from the restaurant over the theme park and the rest of the park and city is beautiful.

The pillows weren't great, a bit flat and not fluffy.

This Hotel is perfect, beyond the scope of standard hotels. It has a lot of content and is great for socializing, especially if you go with friends. The Hotel is extremely clean and the staff responded very well to every request. The metro is 2 minutes from the hotel.

There is a little bit of walking noise from the neighboring rooms and the rooms above, but nothing too bad as it didn't bother me that much (it all depends on the guests' home culture). Parking is 25 euros per day, which might be a bit cheaper for hotel guests (but keep in mind that this is Vienna). These are comments that did not affect the stay at the hotel or the rating.

Overall the hotel was great. Clean, warm, very comfortable beds and pillows, modern and new, everything was very stylish and it was a pleasure to stay there. I loved the design, the details and the security. From the lobby to the room, everything was made to offer a great stay. I loved the staff, they were very kind, even though we had so little contact with them. It was a 30-40 minutes walk from the hotel to the main attractions and just a 10 min ride using the public transport. There is a station near by within a 5 min walk. I am only giving 9 out of 10 because I think it could need some more facilities in the room, like some cups (to drink some water or some medicine), maybe a kettle for some warm water or tea and maybe slippers to use in the room.

Quirky hotel full of character. Each floor has different color and its also has a cool graffiti facing the Prater park. This hotel experience felt very different to all other places I've ever stayed at. Location next to Prater park seemed very peaceful, clean and safe, but it might be too noisy during the summer. I loved the lobby and all the cute artefacts they displayed there. We also have even listened to grammofone, which was such a unique & special experience. I loved private elevator which is accessible from outdoors. Rooftop bar was amazing for sunsets. Just a very special place. Room was quirky and had some weird things, but we liked weirdness of it. I took a paper bag as a souvenir ;) Hotel staff was extremely friendly and nothning seemed as a problem for them.

There could be a kettle or minifridge in the room. Breakfast wasn't European and food wasn't fresh.

This hotel is a gem. The room is comfortable and quiet, and I'm usually very sensitive to noise. The crew is absolutely wonderful. The lobby and the coffee shop in it are just awesome, I would have come to sit there even if it was not my hotel. It's always lively nut never loud, friendly to all ages and feels homey. The restaurant upstairs offers a great buffet breakfast. The location is not that attractive on its own, there isn't much to do within walking distance, but it's a 3 minutes walk to the metro station and 15-20 mins from everywhere in midtown.

Only downside - the wifi is quite weak, unusable in the room.

The staff members are very kind and friendly. Even though the hotel is not in the centre of the city, its very close to metro station which makes distances short. Same for the train station. Coming from the airport by train is ideal as the station is also close by. There is a lovely park and an amusement part around. Its design is refreshing and playful. They seem to be very mindful about the world and waste production. It is really nice. You realise how much unnecessary things you use during your stays at hotels. For instance, they do not provide slippers, cottons, earbuds, napkins. There are no plastic bags in the bins. I find all these important. The rooftop restaurant and bar has amazing food and drinks.

The pillows were too thin. However, this is very much related to a personal preferences.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a free luggage storage with lockers working 24/7, as well as the reception desk. Pleasant atmosphere of the hotel overall, perfect for socializing, there are organized events in the evenings, feels very comfortable and safe. The view to the Prater is an extra perk.

There wasn't a wardrobe/drawers for storing some clothes in the room (Cube Double room). A refrigerator and a kettle for tea were also missing, but the idea of the rooms is to be as minimalistic and modern as possible, so if one needs such appliancies maybe booking a more classical hotel would be reasonable. The bathroom is open to the room - only a glass door is limiting it and there is no doorstep, so have in mind that water spilling over the floor outside the bathroom is possible (that's what we experienced). This problem is again because of the small size of the room and its minimalism. But for the money it is worth it.

Despite being close to public transport, the hotel itself is wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly polite, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel genuinely welcome. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of modern comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It seemed very organized, the staff was very friendly, the decorations of the whole hotel (lobby, rooms and halls were full of colours and vintage items, really cozy). It has a really cool, fun, young vibe. The double bed of the room was spacious and very comfy and the room also had some nice well-thought details (like foldable chairs and table, magazines on the walls, lots of hangers for clothes and bags and electric shades). Both the rooftop restaurant and the coffee-bar at the lobby had good food and tasty latte coffee and awesome view. You can also rent the hotel's bikes for free and move around the area which has lots of green spaces and parks. Lastly, it is almost next to the subway station which is super convenient.

The food of the hotel was a bit pricey just like all around Vienna, but tasty.

We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight, and being able to check in early made a big difference — we really appreciated it. The hotel design is beautiful, and the room layout is very well thought out and comfortable. The location is also excellent: just a 3-minute walk to the metro station, and a larger train station is only 15 minutes away, which made getting around the city very easy. There’s also an amusement park nearby, which was a fun bonus! Highly recommended!
