The family room was as pictured. Not huge, no frills, but beautiful and cosy, with nice lighting, a balcony, a "hidden" passage to the ladder leading to the top bed, and lots of fun for the kids. One odd thing is that the shower space is only separated by a curtain. It's a heavy curtain, and it's opaque, but odd that there's no door that you can lock. There's a separate toilet with a door of course. The entire place is beautifully designed, from the loby, to the elevator area and the elevators themselves, the stairs, the restrooms at the restaurant. Lots of surprises and small details to linger on. Breakfast was the best thing about the hotel, which is saying something. There's a great selection for kids, and ours loved the pancakes with all the toppings (including maple syrup), orange juice and hot chocolate. We loved all the different salads, babaganoush, shakshouka, hummus, labneh etc. The view from the restaurant over the theme park and the rest of the park and city is beautiful.

The pillows weren't great, a bit flat and not fluffy.

Overall the hotel was great. Clean, warm, very comfortable beds and pillows, modern and new, everything was very stylish and it was a pleasure to stay there. I loved the design, the details and the security. From the lobby to the room, everything was made to offer a great stay. I loved the staff, they were very kind, even though we had so little contact with them. It was a 30-40 minutes walk from the hotel to the main attractions and just a 10 min ride using the public transport. There is a station near by within a 5 min walk. I am only giving 9 out of 10 because I think it could need some more facilities in the room, like some cups (to drink some water or some medicine), maybe a kettle for some warm water or tea and maybe slippers to use in the room.

This Hotel is perfect, beyond the scope of standard hotels. It has a lot of content and is great for socializing, especially if you go with friends. The Hotel is extremely clean and the staff responded very well to every request. The metro is 2 minutes from the hotel.

There is a little bit of walking noise from the neighboring rooms and the rooms above, but nothing too bad as it didn't bother me that much (it all depends on the guests' home culture). Parking is 25 euros per day, which might be a bit cheaper for hotel guests (but keep in mind that this is Vienna). These are comments that did not affect the stay at the hotel or the rating.

This hotel is a gem. The room is comfortable and quiet, and I'm usually very sensitive to noise. The crew is absolutely wonderful. The lobby and the coffee shop in it are just awesome, I would have come to sit there even if it was not my hotel. It's always lively nut never loud, friendly to all ages and feels homey. The restaurant upstairs offers a great buffet breakfast. The location is not that attractive on its own, there isn't much to do within walking distance, but it's a 3 minutes walk to the metro station and 15-20 mins from everywhere in midtown.

Only downside - the wifi is quite weak, unusable in the room.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It seemed very organized, the staff was very friendly, the decorations of the whole hotel (lobby, rooms and halls were full of colours and vintage items, really cozy). It has a really cool, fun, young vibe. The double bed of the room was spacious and very comfy and the room also had some nice well-thought details (like foldable chairs and table, magazines on the walls, lots of hangers for clothes and bags and electric shades). Both the rooftop restaurant and the coffee-bar at the lobby had good food and tasty latte coffee and awesome view. You can also rent the hotel's bikes for free and move around the area which has lots of green spaces and parks. Lastly, it is almost next to the subway station which is super convenient.

The food of the hotel was a bit pricey just like all around Vienna, but tasty.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient, situated just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. Despite being close to public transport, the hotel itself is wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly polite, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel genuinely welcome. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of modern comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

Super modern and artsy. Close to Prater park and having Neni in the building was super convenient.

25 Euro per day for parking felt like a lot. It’s quite far from the city centre if that’s what you’re looking for. We were fine with the location.

The interior design of the entire hotel, from lobby to bathroom is excellent as far as I am concerned. Every little detail seems well thought out and gives every room/elevator hallway/bathroom/etc personality and speaks volumes to the probably insane amounts of research and planning that went into the overall look and feel of the place. You cannot NOT love a place that has such obvious signs of careful consideration. The atmosphere in the lobby is also something that sets it apart from any other hotel that I have visited: the place is always buzzing with youth, either the ones staying in the hotel or maybe from the neighbouring universities. Lastly, the restaurant on the last floor ticks all the boxes of atmosphere, food, music and great staff. The food is mostly spicy so it might not be to everyone's liking but it is definitely worth trying.

I have no complaints. Everything was even better than expected.

The location is great, very close to a metro station and you can arrive in the city center in 20mins. The room was very comfortable and clean and you can ask them to clean your room any day before 11am by hanging a flyer by the door. They have an amazing reception space where you can listen to music, eat some snacks and have drinks. The space looks so good and comfy, with great furniture and design. We loved this stay! If you go for the breakfast to be included, they have the a Lebanese restaurant where you can go to have your breakfast. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options, like regular hummus, curry hummus, beetroot hummus etc (besides others). I would definitely book this hotel again when I'm back in Vienna.

The location is exceptional close to public transportation and entertainment. The rooms are finished with high standards and in stylish décor. The overall experience of the stay from the reception, check in and ambience are the most welcoming ever. Highly suggest to use this accommodation as a base to explore Vienna or even to lay back chill and have a good time meeting your creative self. Something which really stood out for me personally is the 'Music Bar' where you are able to listen to some amazing tunes and enjoy the creative space. Would love to be back! Love and Respect! will be back for sure.
