I travel a lot for business. I have never experienced this standard of hotel even in big hotels as maritim... The staff amaizing. The blonde, women curly hair, very sweet and helpful . They gave me clear instruction because i arrived after 2 am. The food... what can i say : Amaizing has never experienced before. Grilled vegetables i loved them. Parking space, no problem. It is very easy to access the location. Restaurant delicious, and it fits the prices. Also the everything is clean in the standards of my obsessed mom. I thought a hotel could never achieve that The beds, i slept like a dead person. The aircondition also perfect.

On 10 October 2024, my wife had an accident and cannot walk. We had to cancel all the reservations of our trip in Italy to drive back directly to Vienna, with a new and urgent reservation for overnight stop in Hotel-Seven in Villach, Austria. We put a request to the hotel in Booking.com “We need a two beds room for disable person to be reached by elevator, because my wife had an accident and cannot walk. We will highly appreciate to have a chair with small wheels in our room to facilitate my wife to move in our room and to the restaurant for breakfast. Many Many thanks!!” We called the hotel reception also the next day on 11 Oct. Ms. Yvonne Martin was at the Reception and replied to us by phone and by message: “Good evening, You will receive a big room free of charge near the elevator. We will put a chair in the shower in order that your wife can wash herself. We have only one chair in the reception with wheels that you can take to go to the restaurant and in your room. You can keep this chair until your departure. We are happy to see you tomorrow. Kind regards, Yvonne Martin” This message really warmed our heart! Yvonne not only took initiative to offer us free room upgrade with a chair in the shower, but also she offered us the only one removable chair used by Reception staff only! When we arrived, we received the most thoughtful and kindest warm hospitality by Yvonne! Yvonne helped us to go to the room N. 234 and to check first if we were happy about the room, and she gave us also a kettle to facilitate us to make hot water in the room for tea. The next morning Ms. Kim also took good care of us and helped my wife to go back to the room in the chair with wheels. Both Yvonne and Kim facilitated and helped us for check-in and check-out. We are deeply grateful to the hotel Seven and especially to Yvonne and Kim! Obviously they love to help guests and especially the disable people! They consider it not only as their duty, but also as one of human virtues behavior！

Where can i start? Breakfast? I am a field service engineer i visit different hotels around Europe, and this is the first one on my top list related to breakfast. Grill vegetables, different types of pies, salty, and sweet.a lot of cooked things, not just non-cooked fast food. Best breakfast i would say. The staff in the recepsion was amazing. They helped me a lot with some post i was waiting from my company, yound blonde ladies and the old curly ladie. Amaizing. Very comfortable beds with real mattresses, not just "soffa" with a small mattress layer ( cheating hotels use this ). They waited for me after 24:00 arrival with clear instructions.

Only 1 thing. On the last day i had dinner at their restaurant. The food was very good, but there was an old waitress man ( i think he was a tired day for him), not very smiling, or maybe i took it like that. I admit, i was very tired also from a long day of work. Just a very little sad feeling, comparing to the amazing comfort i found there every day after my long day of work. Well done Seven hotel👏

Very well located if you are by car and driving around. Escpecially if you are in an electric car since there are Tesla Superchargers adjoining the property. The Aircondition could keep up with the 30 degrees outside. Good breakfast buffet with low carb options also: eggs and sausages.

There was a very weird oily/fuel like smell from the aircondition in the rooom. Very noticeable when first entering the room but luckily it was something that one did not notice any longer after a few minutes. Fitness Room is there - there are a multi function machine, some dumbbells and a threadmill, and it is possible to do a bit of workout. But rather limited on quite few square meters.

Everything, this is one of the true secret gems in the world! Amazing design, very well reachable from highway, spacious rooms, super clean! And on top of everything, probably the best breakfast we have ever had in our travel life (and we do travel A lot)! Evening with cocktails, super nice service, truly great! Wow, this was definitely the amazing surprise! Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, next time will be longer!

Modern. Spacious. Free garage parking. Good food. Friendly, helpful staff who speak good English.

The only problem is the TV. It is a good quality Samsung smart TV. However, foreign and domestic travellers can only watch what the hotel provides. It does not have inbuilt Netflix, etc. The system is also arranged so that you can not change the source. That means you can not use your own firestick to watch your favourite programs - Netflix, Prime videos, YouTube, etc. It is also not possible to 'cast' from your smartphone. . This is very old-fashioned in todays technically modern times.

Very nice, tasteful and various breakfast with professional and warm staff. Interior of common areas also nice, and decorated with style. Hotel is located at great location, just at the edge od Villach but close enough to reach everything- center, highway, ski resorts. Hotel has parking and garage.

Garage mechanism is not practicle - to opet the garage you have to step out of the vehicle and open with room card by yourself. Sound isolalation in the room could be better- you can hear noises from outside (cars, garbage storages). Value for the money could be better.

We stayed for 1 night while on a trip from Salzburg to Slovenia. It's really close to the highway, and yet it's very quiet. Free parking either in their garage or on the open parking lot. Very helpful staff, which after a call, prepared our key cards and left them in a safe box near the entrance (for later than 10PM check-ins). Also an amazing free breakfast with really tasty and diverse menu (even a fresh juice machine, how cool is that!) Very good value for money!

Despite being a 4 star hotel, room feels a bit outdated and also there was a noticeable smell of sewer in the room. Other than that, everything was great!

The staff are kind and attentive. The gentleman in the restaurant really took care of everyone's needs. The other staff as well. The breakfast is generous and satisfies everyone's needs - vegans, carnivors and vegetarians. One of a kind! I really recommend the hotel to anyone travelling south, north, east or west.

It can be noisy if sleeping with the window open but hey, that's such a minimal point compared to all the positive points about the hotel. It does not lose its high standards throughout the years.

After a week of hot and crowded Italy, this fully air conditioned, full service with restaurant, underground parking and friendly staff was a great place to land after all day on the highways. And the breakfast was outstanding.

The restaurant leaned a little gourmet. A better selection of lighter fare would have been nice for 8pm. Live music on a Friday night did not excite us at bedtime.
