Our room was very clean. The hotel is located in the old town. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was no problem to store our bicycles in a secure place. There is a great coffee place just down the street called Rôstbar, that is definitely worth a visit.

Our daughter was travelling with us. Unfortunately, the extra bed in our room was not very comfortable for her.

Squeaky floors in the room, shower booth wouldn't close so every time you take a shower the bathroom floor was wet, no air conditioning in the room

The apartment was huge and so even though there were 4 of us there was so much space. The staff were all so nice. Amazing location with parking right outside! The breakfast was really decent too. Good selection.

It's nothing that can be fixed but in the apartment there's only one toilet so I'd remember that when there are more than 4 people booking to stay.

It's near the main train station which was very good for me personally. A wonderful Hotel-restaurant right next to it. Friendly staff which answered all my questions and who helped me a lot. Nice beds, good little bar and a pretty good view out the window. Generally 10/10

Very nice place, we had the apartment which was very big. Large living room, comfy bedrooms, kitchen, also big bathroom. Decent breakfast, parking possibilities, close to the center.

Everything was good except that it was too warm inside, and no possibilities to cool down the apartment easily. We had this issue in more hotels in Austria and Germany so this might be a more common issue these days.

The property was well maintained and a beautiful heritage-type building located right in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was ample and very good.

Unfortunately, the weather was very warm when we were there and the building does not have air conditioning. We had a bit of an uncomfortable sleep the night spent at the hotel.

Great location just a block away from the old town, the room was OK for one person but rather small for a couple, good breakfast, some parking spaces reserved by the hotel on site. There's a good restaurant downstairs.

The location was excellent as it was very close to the city center, shopping, restaurants and easy to get to and from the autobahn. We found the room somewhat small but clean and the bed large and comfortable compared to a lot of German beds. The dining room was very inviting and the breakfast was hearty with lots of options - all very good.

The bathroom was very small - almost to the point of uncomfortable for us - but it was ok for one night. It was sparkling clean and the towels were absorbent and nice.

Good location. Good breakfast and welcoming staff. Good Austrian restaurant just below.

No AC meant had to keep windows open but restaurant downstairs was very noisy on a Friday night till late. The hotel should really upgrade with AC rooms. Will solve the problem of heat in late spring/summer and solve the noise issue as well.

Very good breakfast with lot of choices, good location of the hotel, very kind staff, free parking before the hotel. We appreciated very much that the hotel prolonged the check-out time for us for 30 minutes

Unfortunatelly the wifi was not working during our one-night stay due to a storm one night before.
