Spacious nice room overlooking the Statzplat with a refrigerator and a great bathroom.

A kettle in the room would have been nice.

No tea/ coffee facility in room. Colleagues on front desk rather unfriendly. But owner seems to be good

Great location. Professional and friendly staff. Every room is unique. We loved the view of the town square.

Parking was a little difficult. Parking lot next to the hotel was always full and we even saw someone crash into other people's cars. There was also garage available, but the sms opening didn't work for us. Hotel staff was very helpful and opened the garage doors after calling them, so it turned out ok.

Enormous room. Large walk in shower. Really clean. Quiet location in the annex across the square from the main hotel.

I had a bit of difficulty finding the late entrance door at the rear but this was me not paying attention and heavy snowfall.

The hotel location was perfect, also the restaurant food was delicious and traditionally Austrian

I stay here on a regular basis for work purposes and am always made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The accommodation is traditional, warm and cosy with a great restaurant on site.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It was a restaurant downstairs so you can enjoy that as well. The breakfast was great except the first day - we arrived on a thursday so friday evening breakfast was a bit disappointed at first - when we got there there was little food (around 8.30 am), we had no idea where to sit (the staff was fixing the tables), we thought it was just a bit of ham and cheese and boiled eggs. But no, there is also an array of warm egg meals (omlette, eggs with bacon) that you order and they bring you fresh. All the other days - weekend, everything was great and plenty of food and choices. Also coffee - very good. The staff is very helpful! Good wifi!

I think the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, it s a bit old, dated. Also a more than one place near the bed to plug the phone - it was either one phone or the lamp:))

The check-in staff were very helpful. However, when it came time to check out, there was no one at reception and I asked 2.3 staff nearby, who told me that I could leave my keys around there. I did as I was told and put the keys on the desk at reception, but was concerned that if the keys were lost in this case it would be my fault. The atmosphere and location of the hotel and rooms were really excellent. However, the hotel's electric signage was glaring and the curtains were so thin that even with the curtains closed, the room remained bright all night. However, for the right balance of location and price, this is the best hotel in the area.

Dog friendly hotel. We were provided by bowls for water and food for our dog. She could be there with us during the breakfasts and the stuff always brought her water. We really enjoyed our stay here. Parking available behind the hotel. Nice small room.

No towels (later I haven't found them on a list of equipment, so maybe they wasn't provided and I just didn't noticed). We had a window above the square so it was quite loud during the night. But still overall we come back for sure.
