Beautiful lobby, comfortable beds, breakfast food has good varieties, staff was respectful and efficient , swimming pool was nice ,

Bad smell in corridors and some rooms, very long corridors with few elevators, We face a large population of Indian tourists during our stay who literally occupied the lobby and the breakfast area (with their bad manners) , food was average in other restaurants and expensive , spa offered fair to below average massages. Take care of your teenage sons there, never leave them alone ( bad woman with dirty clothes came to my 14 yr old son offering sex for money while he was in corridor in front of our room!!).

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. I cant understand why people are posting negative comments about this hotel. It is a big, stylish hotel with lovely environment and ambience. Having every facility which a 5 star hotel should have. Right in front of sea side which gives you a lovely view and peace of mind. It was an amazing experience to walk around the sea side. The reception was very good, efficient and cooperative. They gave us a good room with partial sea and city view. I loved the view from my room. Room and toilet size was also good and very clean. Gym and swimming pool were also very nice and facing the sea view. The hotel has a beautiful great lobby with amazing interior design. I couldn't stop myself capturing a lot of photos there. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

It would have been great to have a coffee machine in the room. Access to public transport is a bit far. You will have to use bolt there.

My stay in the Baku Marriott hotel Boulevard is very good. the staff is helpful and welcoming. They were absolutely fantastic people.

The breakfast was something underwhelming as I did not expect from the Marriott. The service is good and the food is okay . But there was a total chaos in choosing and serving the food.

Everything! Room, food, house keeping and especially Mr. Sahil who made the trip memorable! We can’t thank him enough for his assistance and understanding! Bed was out of this world!

Had a nightmare at check in because of not being given a smoking room. A state of panic was witnessed upon arrival, no one to greet or handle luggage, long queues and managers hiding in offices.. floor staff was trying to manage but obviously they needed directions. I got bitten by a mosquito while trying to check in but there wasn’t any insect bite cream or antiseptic available. Mr. Sahil finally found a smoking room for us the next day and we had the most wonderful 6 days!

Hotel's atmosphere was really nice. We stayed there for 7 nights. Mr. Tural helped us in booking our trip to Shadag and night life tour' we must say it was a great journey. (Driver to Shadag was Samir Karaman, Night life tour guide named Sab) All three were very friendly. Mr. Nehad was kind enough to assist us well during check out. Overall a great experience except for the hotel payment issue as mentioned below.

First 30 minutes at the hotel desl at the hotel reception was painful. We were told by a friend that Mariott being international hotel should accept Dollars because Baku hotels accept payment in local currency as well as dollars. However, the reception guy insisted that payment should be made in local currency in full, No advance was being accepted. After multiple requests stating that we are tourist and we are a family 1/3rd amount was accepted as advance in local currency and we were given 24 hrs for the remaining payment Lesson learnt Mariott Baku doesn't entertain USD payment from tourist.

I had such a great stay at the Marriot Boulevard. The facilities are extremely clean and the the staff is very friendly. In particular I want to call out Nihad at the front desk who took the time to personally remember our name and was always super helpful. I also have such high recommendations for the barbershop, the service that I got was excellent. Facilities overall are very nice, as is the pool gym and sauna.

It’s hard to get in touch with the hotel prior to arriving, recommend setting up a WhatsApp line or being more available via email as their phone lines are a little difficult to reach them on.

The staffs are very approachable especially Mr. Targhul who was very helpful. He helped as a lot from the first till the last day of our stay. A complimentary birthday cake was delivered to our room with greetings. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The AC was not so cold. Quite expensive.

Hotel is placed at the end of Baku Boulevard in front of the Caspian Sea - very beautiful spot! I recommend taking room with a view to the city, it looks cooler than the whole sea view 😉 Hotel has a pool and well-equipped gym so you can stay sporty while staying at the hotel. In the hotel there are several restaurants where you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner, the food is delicious and prices are affordable. Really fast Wi-Fi.

The furniture in the rooms are a little bit shabby (with scratches), the room facilities may differ from room to room (we booked two rooms, one of them had a coffee machine, the other - didn’t, only instant coffee. When we asked the hotel personnel to provide for our room a coffee machine, too, we were told that it is ok that room facilities are different and they only provided us with more instant coffee that we didn’t need…). It’s impossible to use 220W (only 230W) devices in the bathroom… so you can’t to dry your hair there, only in the room where it’s hard to find the spot to do that comfortably.

Breakfast was up to our expectations , room was very clean and fantastic location (sea side) was given to us very beautiful and romantic location . Me and my wife enjoyed with lot of photographic. overall very much satisfied for every thing.

One suggestion hotel should have water dispenser in the lobby for drinking water at least free. Some heating arrangement should have outside the breakfast hall. hotel should have more shops for souvenir as the market is too far to go specially if you do not have your own transport.

The Marriott Hotel Boulevard Baku itself was a wonderful stay; the accommodations were not only comfortable but also elegantly designed, making for a truly enjoyable visit.
