The suite was amazing. Spacious, comfortable bed and had an amazing view from the 9th floor. We were allowed to bring our small pet for which we were grateful. Breakfast is the best we have ever had in any hotel in the world. The Spa wellness was amazing too. Finally, the smell in the room was really nice, like a mix of exclusive niche fragrances...or maybe that was my beautiful partner.

We were charged for drinking two mini bottles of alcohol and one can of soda from the mini bar while we were 100% sure we didn't take anything from the mini bar, because we brought our own bottle of JW Blue Label. It was just a small amount so we let it go, but it's not correct. People make mistakes. We forgive them. But we can't rate this stay with a 10 anymore.

The room was spacious and it had a beautiful view of the Caspian sea, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very kind and ready to help. The gym was pretty good for a hotel.

The location is a bit far and uphill from the old city - it is still walkable distance wise but not comfortable, whereas traffic was quite heavy day and night. The lobby restaurant was practically the only one which was always open, staff was very kind and food good, but menu limited so it got repetitive after a few days. The sushi bar was too dark, more a bar than a restaurant. There were no hairdresser or other beauty services at the spa, allegedly because of lack of staff. Outside pool and ambience a bit underwhelming.

We liked everything about the property. There is nothing to complain about. The rooms were huge and well maintained and the view from the room was gorgeous. A wide spread buffet complimented our stay. We had requested for early check in and late check out. Both the requests were honored and I must definitely thank Shain Hasanov for making the whole process so easy which was really helpful after a long flight. He also was kind enough to upgrade our rooms. Thank you so much. On the whole, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is willing to travel to Baku since the location also is great. Thanks

The hotel is great, wonderful views of the Caspian Sea and city. A short taxi ride into city centre or walk via the park across the street. Welcoming and friendly staff.

The staff were great but the reception does become very busy at times and the wait can be frustrating.

The welcoming,the way the receptionist (checking-in-shahriyer) welcomed us , asked about my tour , reason of staying inly one night and then up graded the room and added complimentary dinners (he is amazing)not because that he gave some free items (that for sure appreciated)but the way he talk and offered. Then the guy who carried our luggage and offered empty boxes due to amount of plastic bags , the cleaners amazing welcomed us when they saw us in the corridor and offered extra water when they saw my baby,food was perfect …Diffidently coming back and recommending other

Amazing View on Baku by night. The towers lightning at night from outdoor swimming pool looks amazing, what a pity the water in the pool was cold to swim. The size of the room is amazing, more than any other average room size. Bed is pretty comfortable, the bathroom is big and has enough space to put all your stuff and cosmetics, the shower is pretty large however the water stream could be better. What I like about the room is the wardrobe which gives a lot of space to put all the clothes and luggage, it is good and convenient solution. The stuff is extremely polite and well manners, smiling and eager to help:-) both at the reception desk and on the breakfast area. The lady who is manager is very energetic and truly adorable with the help and service she provides :-) however I was a bit disjointed with the breakfast restaurant which seems to not have enough space for all the guest considering the amount of rooms/guests, thus at the time we arrived to the breakfast (the breakfast is nice but I would expect more from this standard of hotel) we heard there is no space and they can offer the breakfast in the room instead ....also at the time we arrived there was a welcome stuff - sweets and fruits left in our room which I found very charming however after w while someone from the stuff came to the room to take back all the stuff claiming it is a mistake...it was really awkward situation which I found not very kind to put a gust in very uncomfortable position....good we did;t taste anything yet ...:-)

the place was a whole luxury feel. they surprised me with a beautiful room with cake and chocolates as it was my birthday. very thoughtful. great breakfast. great room seevices and gave me a feel as if i had butler seevice.loved staying there.the location and view was mind blowing! room was big with walk in closet. they even gave me late check out since my flight was at night, thanks to Nurlan!

1.more alert breakfast staff but understandable as it was extremely busy . 2. the usb plug in room was not working so had a bit issue with charging as they had no other solution.

Upon arriving at Fairmont Baku, I was first impressed by the dimensions of the lobby. Like the design of the building, it is modern, with a very high ceiling and a huge chandelier in the center. The hotel is ideally located - on a hill - visible from anywhere in Baku. The rooms at Fairmont Baku Flame Towers are spacious enough and offer great views. This is not uncommon with other luxury hotels in Baku, some of the best hotels have great views of the boulevard and the Caspian Sea, but the Fairmont is a step above the rest as it is on a hill so the views are panoramic. Interestingly, during check in, the nice receptionist informed me that as a birthday gift, Fairmont was giving me a free upgrade to a premium room with an ocean view. The room was very spacious, with large and very comfortable beds. A huge bathroom with a massive shower in which you can dance and a solid bathtub. I love everything in this hotel. One of the best stays of my life!
